Very clean and friendly staff nice rooms. But we were a bit un pleased that we had no view or even a balcony. The parking doesn't allow for even one car per room so you have to make a spot somewhere. The next day there was a "bag" of towels left sitting on a chair, dirty towels where left and bed wasn't made. and last but not least the noise from the room over sounded like thunder all through the night from what we could guess was kids running around. So in my personal opinion till things like that are fixed it's not worth the amount of money I paid per night.

Our resort staff is always happy to offer a unit with a view, as long as our availability permits. Our entire staff is at hand to best assist and cater to all of your needs. Please be advised that our housekeeping schedule does run a little differently than other hotels, due to the fact that we are a timeshare resort. We do implement quiet hours, and do hope that our security was alerted to assist with any possible noise concerns that you may have had. Your comments will certainly assist us to better ourselves, as we are constantly looking for our areas of improvement. We hope that you may allow us another chance to better impress you during your following Gatlinburg visit.
