Great Location with Pushy Sales StaffPosted Jul 23, 2015
This hotel is in a great location and is only 5 minutes from Dollywood and the attractions of Pigeon Forge (minus traffic) and for a large family the two bedroom suites are great! My only complaint is in typical timeshare fashion they hold your parking pass hostage at checkin until you wait in line To see their sales folks who try to convince you to sign up for their high pressure sale pitches with promises of free cruises and resorts stays. The. They try to upsell you on tickets, shows, and attractions. Even after respectfully declining everyday they called my room and left me door hangers promising I'd be entered for a free 7 night cruise if I would just sign up. I must say they were one of the pushier sales staffs that I have seen. The only other complaint was they forgot to deliver the play pen and high chair we requested at check in, but a second call to guest services resulted in a quick response from housekeeping.

LoudPosted Jul 22, 2015
My family and I stayed here July 13th thru 17th. We stayed in building 20. There was constant noise from the road at night, including very loud sirens from fire trucks (fire station down road from hotel). The shower in the larger bedroom was very dirty as well.

Friendly atmospherePosted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: This location is just far enough away from the crowds of tourist, that is make you feel at piece.
Cons: A better understanding of the pictures in your advertisement are confusing. The room did not look like the picture.
Location: Must visit the Hatfields and McCoy
The overall experience was great. But the area is very expensive.

The king size bed was wore out. It was folding in the middle. Other then that we had a great time. The resort is right behind the main road

Roomy condoPosted Jun 27, 2015
Went to Pigeon Forge for a quick get away with the kids and its was great! This is a big complex and I wish we were closer to the pool, but it was not a huge inconvenience. Kids loved it and it was nice and quiet at night. Condo was roomy, very relaxing stay for the family.

Nice resort near many popular activitiesPosted Jun 24, 2015
Outdoor pool is very far away and out of order during our stay. Soooo disappointed since it was one of the main reasons we choose this resort. Our suite was very adequate but had absolutely NO VIEW or balcony and 9 air conditioner units adjacent to the wall at the head of our bed. Very thin walls and NOISY !

FIGHT FOR SPACE AT THE POOLPosted Jun 18, 2015 on Hotels
ONE OF THE POOLS WAS CLOSED WHICH MADE OUR POOL VERY CROWDED . 2 OUTDOOR POOLS IS RIDICULOUS FOR A RESORT OF THAT SIZE AND WHEN ONE POOL IS CLOSED IT MADE THE PROBLEM THAT MUCH MORE NOTICEABLE
