Fantastic room overlooking the runway. Clean room with a VERY comfortable bed and a short walk through a linking tunnel to Gatwick North terminal. Perfect for an overnight stay when flying early the next morning - we also utilised the 'twilight check in' for hold bags the night before flying which saved so much stress/time.

Ideally located for overnight at Gatwick North Terminal for early morning flight. Direct connect walkway a bit plus in the rain/snow. Staff were very friendly & courteous. A wee bit disappointed that there wasn't much of the 'French experience' - for example the international menu could have done with a bit more 'Frenchification'. Not one 'Bonjour' was heard.

There was no room service available at the hotel when we arrived at midnight despite the hotel advertising that it has 24 hours room service. There was no luggage rack in the room for the suitcase. There wasn’t any drinking water in the room or anywhere else nearby to access some. There were no robes or slippers. This is not good enough for a hotel that markets itself as 5*.

The hotel is within walking distance of the north terminal and is an excellent place to stay at the start or end of a trip. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent

Parking adjacent to the hotel makes travel easy if you need to use a car. Walkway access from the hotel lobby to the terminal for check-in is great. Food in the restaurant was very good and not too expensive for a quality airport hotel.
