Security woke me up at 3am

I stay at this hotel often and was sleeping when someone started pounding incessantly on my door at 3am. I couldn’t see anyone through the peephole so I answered through the door. It was security telling me there had been a noise complaint and to be quiet. I advised her I was sleeping and there was no noise, she must have the wrong room. She didn’t apologise and was rude and just said to keep quiet. Bad service.

Very convenient location

This hotel is very conveniently located, room view is excellent, staff very good. Good pricing. Place needs a complete renovation soon. I recommend it.

Hi , I strongly suggest to hotel management and hotel owner to change the room furniture and secondly the most important is that bathroom light and fan in bathroom ohhhhhhh so nose when you turn on the washroom light. Strongly strongly recommend for furniture and corrodor when you walk dust comes on your shoe thanks

Stay away from this hotel

This is the first time ever that I was charged extra for early check-in even though the room was ready. The staff were curt an not at all helpful. Contacted Expedia about this and to get Aeroplan points and received no reply.

Not satisfied, too expensive for less service, the noise in the area disturb your sleep, I won't ever choose a place like that to stay, too much money and you don't have breakfast included

The hotel need urgent renovation, better managemen

There is mold in the bathroom, the carpet is dirty and not clean in a daily basis. The furniture are falling a part. It's sad because the hotel has potential. I do not recommend.

great location for some shopping and nightlife

Pros: its location in relation to shopping and night life is ideal.
Cons: upgrade the rooms.
the neighbourhood does not feel safe. there is too much drug activity outside the hotel personally saw drug deals and crack smoking on the sidewalk next to the hotel. the hotel is older and needs its rooms updated. the furniture in the room has seen better days and the shower desperately needs regrouting.
