Bedding had a huge brown stain on it. Surface mold on the ceiling in the shower area. Very dusty, floors not been swept or moped. Mini fridge was dirty.

I am so sorry about the breakfast, but I think must have skipped over the part of the breakfast bar where we had, 3 hot items, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, toast, muffins, English muffins, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs and fruit. Sometimes there are a lot of people in there so it is overlooked. We are getting ready to do a upgrade to the property and I do hope you give us another try.

Friendly staff, quite comfortable rooms.
We travel a lot with a motorcoach tour group. We are picked up in Gaylord and we always choose this hotel although there are plenty of other options. Staff is the primary reason we choose this one.

Thank you for staying at the Gaylord Hampton Inn. I am sorry about the confusion for the housekeeping. The front desk should have let you know that the new Hilton standard is housekeeping only every other day unless requested daily. I do hope you give us another try when you travel thru town again.

The check in girl with the tattooed arms was unfriendly and didn't tell people where the elevator was or how to get to their rooms. Very bad attitude. There was another girl at the desk later who was friendly and helpful. Rooms were not very clean, rented four rooms and all need to be recaulked in the shower / tub areas and a detail cleaning performed. The breakfast was great!! lots of room for guests.

The area right where you check in is so plain and needs an update. When we checked in at 3:00 pm, it was cold and rainy. There was NO hot water for hot chocolate. In the morning, on a Sunday with an hour left for breakfast, there was no oatmeal left. My husband asked and the attendant said “she would see what she could do”. Well what she did was nothing. How do you not have oatmeal on a Sunday an hour before the breakfast ends? That’s unacceptable, especially when there were all no hot meat offerings. Definitely disappointed.

The carpet was abysmally dirty there were q-tips all over the floor left over from the previous occupant. I'm not sure the room was even cleaned prior to our arrival

The cleanliness of the main lobby and breakfast area were fine, but the room I stayed in was not clean and was very disappointing. One of the comforter had blood stains on it. The bathroom was not clean. The ceiling vent looked as it hasn't been cleaned for months, and shower/tub area, including tiled walls, had many pink mold spots. Especially, the shower head was covered with the pink mold, and i had to clean it myself before I let my kids use the shower. My family and I stayed 2 nights at this hotel, but there was no evidence of someone cleaning the room after the first night.

Great weekend getaway place to stay
Our stay was awesome. The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable and i had no problem going to sleep. Being close to Walmart so very convenient. We were impressed with the breakfast-all the choices were great. Overall, wr would stay thete again.

I called two days after we left when I realized we left our jackets in the closet of our room. The desk clerk said nothing had been found. I called again two days later, and the desk clerk was very helpful,, checking the lost, and found, saying they had our jackets, thank you to Hampton Inn! Our stay was short, but enjoyable.

This Hampton Inn was located just off the interstate and very convenient for travel. All the shopping and dining was located within minutes of the hotel, and several places were within walking distance. Walkable included a mall with Walmart and Lowes. Just down the road was brand new retail shops that were very safe, clean and convenient. There were several dining options, with a Bob Evans restaurant right at the edge of the parking lot. The breakfast was in the hotel was great, with lots of options for sit down or on the go. It included make your own waffles with fresh fruit and slice almonds. There were no draw backs to this hotel, however would have been even better if they had a hot tub.
