Nice place and nice people, that particular day looks like they had big event , breakfasts dinning area was very crowded but staff was trying hard to accommodate all and keep service in line.

10/10, would come again.
Very pleasant stay; great service. Gorgeous spa/sauna + great massage services. Up to par with other 4/5-star hotels in other countries. They also let us check in early and check out late. We tried the restaurant in the hotel and really liked the fish soup (balik corba). Some basic Turkish is recommended if you want to communicate clearly with the hotel staff!

Overall very good
Hotel was clean, staff wore masks, where helpful and polite. Room was slightly on the small side, but bed was comfy. Breakfast was one of the better ones I have had in a hotel.

Great hotel amazing staff
This was our third time in gaziantep and this was the best hotel so far . Hotel Staff been amazingly helpful. Location and the comfort of the hotel been great We highly recommend this hotel .

The WiFi quality is terrible. I had to purchase data on my phone as it was very weak connection. The breakfast is extremely basic and I’ve had better breakfasts in hostels.

I give this hotel bad point that they take my passport and my wife passport too until we make check out next day. I don not know why they do it that but i suppose for granite and that strange because i paid all the rent cost before i come to hotel by this website.

Terrible Welcome
I arrived late, at around 11pm, and was tired after a long drive. I was consequently unhappy when the doorman/porter (who was dressed more akin to a maintenance engineer) stopped me from driving into the parking area because he was giving preference to departing guests who were blocking the entrance with a continuing stream of cars. When I managed to break through the queue he directed me where to park, I grabbed my bags and went to reception. He rudely and aggressively followed me in and demanded my keys so he could move my car from where he had directed me to park it and refused as it had been correctly parked with no valet nor porterage offered on arrival. I paid an extortionate extra amount for my travel companion to unexpectedly share a twin room with me even though the room had been equipped for only one guest and there was no shower gel provided whatsoever. The room was good otherwise, and breakfast was fine, but my stay had been irreversibly clouded by the rudeness of staff on arrival. Seriously not worth its rating!

My stay at the Grand Hotel in Gaziantep.
The hotel staff was great, except the Manager who refused to acknowledge the problem. The hotel promotes non smoking enviorement, but all the hotel rooms are rented both smokers and non smoker. There is sign of non smoking for each floor , but in reality the hotel deceives the customers and promotes unethically their services. I expressed my concerns and the managment ignored it and insisted that the hotels reserves non slowing customers to particular floor, but frankly speaking that was not the case. The smell of the smoke of the rooms really untolerable spatially for non smoking customers. I am allergic to smoking smell as well as asmathic, unfortunately , the hotel managment was in considerate to my health problems. Another problem to point out is there were tow computer at lobby for the customers only one was working and there was no ink in the printer. If you are a smoker you will really enjoy it, but for non smokers it would be a nightmare . I would not recommend for non smokers or customers with children in this hotel , it really health hazard. The WIFI was very weak in the rooms , it only works properly at the lobby To be fair the hotel has the best buffet breakfast and the Safir Restuarent was excellent.

In genera our stay was excellent
Amazing stay, excellent amenities, services were excellent, high cleanliness, friendly staff helping the customers. Only one simple thing need to modify which is the water of the swimming pool was cold so it needs heater.

We spent one night in this hotel. Excellent reception staff specially Mr. Ercan, who was very helpful. Rooms were clean, beds are comfortable, T. V selected channeles were very good...

Good hotel
Nice hotel in a good location with friendly staff. Particularly enjoyed having the rooftop pool when it was extremely hot although not big enough to do much swimming in.
