"I stayed here for 1 week. It is a family owned and operated hotel. It is near downtown Gaziantep and most tourist attractions can be accessed by walking. It is a great price for the location. I also met owners and they are nice, helpful people. They try to make sure hotel is a convenient place for families. If I visit Gaziantep again, I will stay here again. I highly recommend asking restaurant recommendations from lobby because they gave me several good restaurant suggestions."

"Excellent property in a historical building. The staff is very helpful. The property is located in the hearth of the city's historical center. It's very close to many shopping and dining options. Their breakfast is also very good offering many food options. I strongly recommend this hotel to visitors."

Don't recommend it

"On the first night of our stay, the receptionist kept calling us if we were going to show up because we were out late and hadn't checked in earlier. Overall the service was welcoming but the room was tighter than seen in the picture and just an ordinary room without anything. The bathroom floor became slippery after use and you could hardly walk without slipping. We stayed two nights but no room cleaning was done, we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for it rather than they supply. There was no water or any other drink in the fridge in the room. The only good thing was the breakfast served. I had a hard time receiving my receipt for the stay that I needed, he said he would email it to me during checkout but he never did. I had to remind him to request the receipt and it took many weeks for them to provide a receipt after multiple asks. They are amateurs and not professionals at all. I wouldn't recommend it. I thought staying in a cozy boutique hotel would be great but I was wrong! For the high price rate, it's not worth it. "

"Still one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff treats me like I'm a five star customer. The room is clean and comfortable.. Housekeeping does a thorough job whenever cleaning is requested. The location is amazing and the price better than reasonable. Thanks again for a great experience.."
