The Superior Apartment is located in the Browar Gdański estate, a unique project that harmoniously combines historic buildings with modern, high-standard architecture, in the vicinity of the greenery of Kuźniczki Park with a playground for children. The fashionable, dynamically developing district of Wrzeszcz, where history meets modernity, resembles the London suburbs in style. The dynamic development of the district favors the emergence of new service and business investments. One of such investments is Galeria Metropolia (200 m from the estate), which, apart from shops and an excellent Food Hall, has a large cinema complex and an observation deck. The other two shopping centers are within 10 minutes (Galeria Bałtycka) and 15 minutes (Manhattan Shopping Center) on foot.
