Good stay in Gdansk
Good overall, perfect location, staff lovely and helpful. Those cleaning other rooms in morning were too load, foyer smelled (lifts and corridors too) and breakfast to too expensive (relatively speaking).

Excellent location on the edge of the old town; close enough to walk to the heart of the old town and all the major attractions but away from the crowds and the noise. The hotel was also close to many cafes, restaurants, and bakeries and within a 5 minute walk to the train station (if you are planning day trips out of town, for example Malbork). The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my 5 day stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge variety of choices. The hotel staff was the best; welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Overall it was a great choice and I will definitely choose it again for my next stay in Gdansk.

absolutely nice
Very nice place and good breakfast too. Only thing I missed was bacon and that you could order an omelette. BUT Really nice with fresh pressed carrot,appel and/or beetroot juice.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in my travel. Everything was perfect and the location was convenient. It was close to everything. When in Gdansk, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is much nicer than I thought it would be. The rooms are spacious, well designed and clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. The only thing that I thought could be addressed is the breakfast - the cost is pretty high if one only wants a coffee and a croissant. I would suggest making tiered system, or a menu system, instead of having a blanket buffet price.

The small, single-bed room was suitable for my 3-night stay. The room faced low-rise flats, a church and distant cranes, not the old town. The staff were friendly and polite in their own Polish style, so not full of fake smiles. The breakfast was good. The location is good for the railway station, the 210 airport bus stop outside the station and the old town/waterfront. It's what you should expect from a northern/central European 4-star hotel.

Highly recommended
We stayed at room on 16th floor , the view was breathtaking. The room was very clean with lots complementary drinks : water , soda ,tea and coffee. Receptionist Patrycja checked us in she was a gem ! Helped us with earlier check in and was very friendly . Also the bartender was amazing ,as needed a hot milk for my daughter. The place itself looks very glamorous but staff is just amazing .

Acceptable but unexceptional
Fairly average chain hotel. Cost to check in 90 mins early was £20 even though our room was ready. Breakfast very expensive. All in all acceptable but unexceptional.

This property is ideally situated for all the central attractions in Gdansk. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Their standard of professionalism was very high. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would be very happy to recommend it to others.

Lovely hotel 10 min walk from the main part of old town . Rooms were clean and comfortable but just way too warm. As there was a clock tower close by it wasn’t possible to have the window open as it chimed from 6am

Wszystko ok
Świetna lokalizacja na Starym Mieście, kilka minut spaceru od zabytków i restauracji. Hotel dobrze utrzymany mimo swoich lat, dobre śniadania i obsługa. Internet działał bez zarzutów, w hotelu jest siłownia i sale konferencyjne. Minusem jest dość drogi parking, natomiast nie trzeba z niego korzystać - przed budynkiem hotelu jest bardzo dużo miejsc parkingowych opłacanych w parkometrze.

The locality of thus hotel is the best - everything is within walking distance - train station, Old Town, Solidarity Museum, shipyard, WWII museum. The room interior is bit worn down, but really clean and still comfortable. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Maciek was PHENOMENAL!!! I accidentally booked this hotel but at another location. Although he was extremely busy, he was able to assist me in transferring my stay to this location instead of the one in Gdansk. He made me feel extremely special with the treatment received. He deserves a raise!!!!

The highest level!
It the highest hotel in Gdansk and their standards fully match the height of the building. I am not able to find any bad or even neutral memories from our 4-nights stay - everything was perfect. We had an extra bonus, as our room was on the highest floor with a view to an Old Town - it was amazing (I added picture).

Good location.
Our usual choice in Gdańsk for short stays. Great location and friendly staff. Beds are comfortable and clean. It's noticeable since covid little work has been done inside and economies have taken place. Fixed shower soap and same at hand basin, no shower caps the little nice touches have gone. Not even a pencil and paper in the room. We'd still stay there again. Nice to be back in Gdańsk.

Our eighth-floor room had a great view of the shipyard. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a little cramped - with the sink and toilet blocking easy access to the large mirror - although the shower area was spacious. Air-con worked well. The major downside was that the TV was very slow to operate and the channel selection poor (one music channel, for example) with no options for subtitles (even in Polish). It rains a lot in Gdansk (tip: bring a light jacket; even in summer!) and sometimes you just need to chill out with some TV. Currently, you need to request room cleaning the day before and that was done as requested to a high standard. Reception staff were polite and helpful. We used the gym and the equipment there is very modern. No towels or free water, though, so bring your own. Location is excellent. It's five minutes walk from the main station and about 15 minutes to the main tourist streets. Plenty of places to grab breakfast or lunch on the way. Finally, we had an excellent meal in the hotel restaurant and the drinks prices were very reasonable. Overall, a good value four-star hotel.
