“We were looking for a place near Colmar for our family of 4 with 2BR, a living space and a kitchen and we got everything we were hoping for. The apartment was spotless, well equipped, it includes 2 parking spaces if you need it and although we had a few hiccups when we arrived late on check in day the owners were very kind and helped us sort everything we didn’t figure out ourselves the following day. “The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! The location is not so good as well, not close to train station nor city center. And the cleaness is a doubt, the bed sheet has some dirt, bed is broken and the hairdryer is not working. Think twice when. you book!!!!!!!”

“It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set.
