We chose to stay here because we had a 6 am flight the next morning out of Milwaukee. Its a great crash pad location and the complimentary shuttle to the airport was perfect.

Great hotel with easy freeway access

Pros: The staff, service, cleanliness, location, and rooms.
Cons: We found the bed was soft for our taste.
Location: The hotel is close to the airport, a variety of restaurants, and the freeway - providing convenient access to anywhere in the city
We stayed in a suite with a king size bed.the rooms and furnitre were very clean. There were appropriate sized TVs in each of the rooms. The pull out couch and chair were comfortable to sit on in the living area. There was also plenty of room around the bed in the bedroom. The staff was friendly and very helpful on all shifts. The breakfast was delicious and included hot eggs and meat in addition to the standard Continental breakfast fare. The complimentary coffee and cookies in he lobby were a nice touch.

Breakfast was not good...just average. Wish we would have stayed elsewhere.

Not what it used to be

Upon arriving, we found 1/8 roll of toilet paper, out of two rolls. No maid service at all on 2nd day. Carpet was dirty. Floor in elevator never cleaned & it was filthy. Mattress needed to be turned, too well worn on one side. Whole place looks shabby. Ending our long relationship.

Perfect stay, great location, fabulous price

Pros: Quiet, clean, safe
Perfect 3 night stay during the Sept long weekend . No complaints whatsoever. Great staff, clean Hotel, nice rooms, adequate free breakfast and parking. Good location. Would definitely stay again. Close to Franklin WI.

Sink stopper was not working. And there was no shower curtain in my inlaws room. Did not discover that until the next morning when they wanted to shower.

This property needs to be updated.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The breakfast could be better, and the property updated.
Location: OaWI
This hotel is in need of being updated. The paint and general shape of the property is well used. The management seems to be too The breakfast was good but, the selection of the food seems to limited. We have stayed at the other Country Inn and Suites in Brookfield, WI and it was in better shape and was much more better looking.

Cons: Customer relations
Hotel clerk upon checkout refused to give me an itemized printout, said since we booked through Expedia we could get it from them, totally rude to customers.Perhaps hotel needs to train their employees in better customer relations. A satisfied customer tells 10 people, a dissatisfied customer tells 40.

Nice visit with family

Cons: Cleaning service, better bathroom lighting
Location: Hotel is convenient to Walmart and several restaurants
We booked this hotel for a trip to visit my husband's family. The lobby was clean and the staff was pleasant. Very easy check-in. The elevator is pretty quick for a hotel with limited floors. Our room was spacious and clean. We only had two plaints: (1) was that the carpet looked as though it was in need of a good deep cleaning and the bathroom light was very dim with a yellow-ish tint and (2) our room was not serviced as expected/on time. There were times when we walked out of our room and passed the cleaning service folks out with their carts, only to come back and find that our room hadn't been serviced at all. Not sure why, but we took out our own trash and asked for additional towels when needed. Other than that, we enjoyed the room.
