Smells

I arrived to an abrupt front desk supervisor who asked me for my ID without any eye contact. The whole check-in process was weird. Our room was dingy, out of date furnishings, the bathroom stunk. We were only there for one night before our flight so it was not worth the change in hotels. However I will say that the bed was comfortable and the coffee in the lobby was a nice feature.

Oak Creek Stay

Not happy with parking

Booked this hotel on Expedia & expected to park while I flew to another city. The hotel wanted to charge for parking. Also breakfast was supposed to be free with room according to Expedia’s site Hotel charged for this too. Not happy

Nan- Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. We do offer rate packages that include airport long/short term parking - however these packages aren't offered on Expedia.com. We offer free parking to overnight guests- however, this doesn't apply to those taking our shuttle service to the airport and leaving their car. I'm sorry for any confusion. Old wore out

My suite was so small, no fridge in room. Cost to much for the room could go down street to a new place and get a bigger room. Dirty carpet.

Clean and Lovely

Cons: double-check rooms making sure everything is ok before making it available to guest as "clean and ready"
PRO: very nice hotel; clean; quiet; safe; very spacious (was given a handicap room); front desk very friendly CON: no water glass in my room; shower head was detached from the hose; unable to use the bath tub, no water plug on the drain; hot tub with very strong chlorine (hurts my eyes).

The hotel was extremely clean and staff was very helpful. We'd definitely stay again if our travels lead to Milwaukee.

.Card Charge

Pros: Close to the airport. nice bar and food menu. free shuttle and parking.
The desk clerk put a $50 charge on our charge card. We didn't get it refunded.

Our policy states that we will hold $50 additional on your reservation for any extras you may charge to your room - if you don't add any extras (parking, room service, restaurant/bar, Starbucks) then the additional authorization is released. Clean and comfortable room. Pleasant and courteous staff. Easy check in and out. It was quiet and I was able to get a good night of sleep.

Pricey

Pros: I did like that they had ample free parking.
Cons: The prices could be a bit more affordable.
Location: Shopping, museum, Miller tour, movie theaters and parks.
I did find this hotel to be a little pricey for what it is. It seemed to me that they think they are offering a 5 star hotel but it's more like a 3 star hotel. Restaurant and bar very expensive and the food is just okay. The room was very clean with the exception of some hair in the sink. I had to set the thermostat up to 85 in order to maintain a 68 degree room but family in other rooms said theirs worked just fine.
