Bed bugs

We going 2 bed. It's in room 200. The hotel staff moved us to a different room and offered us a handful of quarters to wash out clothes. Now after getting home my wife has welts on her arms and legs..

Not good

Pros: Near airport with shuttle service early in the morning.
Cons: Front desk staff
When my husband and I checked in, the woman at the desk took our credit card and processed things from her side of the desk. She didn't ask us any questions but proceeded to give us two rooms instead of one, also charging us for both. We questioned it and she said there was a reservation for two rooms. She said she couldn't remove it at that time and we would have to wait. Next, the room was not replenished with necessities such as Kleenex, soaps, etc. from the previous guests. Finally, early the next morning a man was behind the desk dressed in shorts and a t-shirt. He said he had no computer service when we questioned our bill again. He was very unprofessional and odd and actually burped out loud! We won't stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff and super clean room. Also, shuttle service from airport was quick and easy.

Beautiful hotel.

Pros: Close to our event.
Booked two room and initially give 1st and 3rd floors. Staff was most accommodating and placed us both on the 3rd floor.

Pros: Good location to airport
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Easy access to airport and gas for a fillup for the rental car....
Fast smooth check-in. Room was spotless. Facilities are well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful with good directions to Miller Park.

Nice hotel. Great value. Staff was very kind and helpful. Only thing is the pool area looks like it's due tonight upgraded. Has some tiles that need replacement

Clean friendly hotel near the sirport

Spent a weekend here. Checking in and out was fast and easy, staff was courteous, breakfast was ok, room was very clean - even with my picky standards.

Loud, drunk people in the room next door

Pros: It was a place to rest my head.
Cons: Sheets old, mattresses old, the towels are old and thin.
Location: Location is great.
I came to Milwaukee for a funeral for a friend who died suddenly in a tragic boating accident on a Wisconsin lake. I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Milwaukee for family visits. (A couple times a year for the past 10 years.) This time, in the room next to mine, there were loud, drunk people using disgusting language and they just didn't stop. I called the front desk at 1:15 a.m. asking them to please call that room and ask them to quiet down... I do not believe they called them... the walls are like paper and I never heard the phone ring, and the yelling and loud meaningless talk went on until 3:30 a.m. Practically zero sleep for me after a very draining night. (The man who was doing the yelling probably said, "Get the f--- off my leg or I'll kill ya" 3 or 4 times.... along with lots of other inane things.) I know you can't control WHO stays in your hotel... and maybe it is a sign of these restless times.... but your clientele is going DOWNHILL, I will be looking for another hotel.

Dear Paula: I'm so sorry for the loss of your friend and the lack of sleep you were able to get during your stay. Unfortunately as you pointed out we cannot control who stays at our hotel however we can definitely rectify situation such as yours much better. I have spoken to the entire front desk team to ensure that they understand proper procedure which is a phone call warning and if the noise/disturbance continues security is called for an eviction. I truly hope that you will give us another chance as you have been a loyal guest for a number of years. I can tell you the inconvenience that you experienced is not indicative of our service normally and I assure you we will resolve this so it does not occur again in the future.
