A very nice hotel in Geneva.Posted Aug 12, 2015
This was all in all an excellent hotel. The location is excellent, being a five minute walk from the lake and a three minute walk from the tram station. There are also convenient stores nearby. The decor of the hotel is relatively new and well maintained. My room was very comfortable and I slept very well in my bed. My room was also relatively spacious. I had room service on a few occasions and the food was decent and quite reasonably priced, especially by Geneva standard. All in all, I would be happy to stay there again.

Arty modern hotel in the heart of GenevaPosted Jul 31, 2015
Pros: Food, service, comfort.
Location: Close to the lake, good transport links. Opportunities to take a lake cruise, see the Brunswick monument, visit the Jardin Anglais.
We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel N'vy while visiting Geneva for a few days. The hotel itself is down a side street, and was initially difficult to find, but very close to the lake and to the Butini tram stop for travel into the city. Our room was comfortable, with a good-sized bed (including some modern artwork over the bed) and nice bathroom. On the first night, we chose to eat in the hotel, which was a choice well-made. The menu was excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. After delicious starters, we tried the tomahawk steak for two, which was succulent and tender, being carved at the table for us by the waiting staff. The breakfast selection was good, including some gluten-free options, and again the staff were polite and helpful every morning. The breakfast price was a little high at 30 Fr each, but not really any different from other hotels or compared to Geneva prices.

Hip, comfortable, friendly new hotelPosted Jul 27, 2015
Cons: I'd love a door on the shower.
I had an excellent experience from the moment I walked through the door. The staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The room was light-filled, nicely decorated, and extremely comfortable. I worked on my computer at a lovely small sofa and table. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was nicely appointed, although I wish the shower had had a door on it, because I got water all over the floor (it was a long shower). I will definitely stay again next time I'm in Geneva.

Location: We were in Geneva for the European Triathlon; centrally located, just a few minutes walk from the train station and the lake.

Friendly boutique hotelPosted Jul 22, 2015
We had a very pleasant stay at hotel N'vy! The staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel is also convenient being just two tram stations away from the Main Station and just a few minutes from the lake. The superior room was well equipped and comfortable!

Modern, clean and well planned hotelPosted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: Modern, chic hotel, extremely comfortable and well maintained. We didn't have an evening meal here but the breakfast was wonderful although pricey.
Cons: Minor niggles - there was no towel rail in the bathroom to hang towels to dry - only robe hooks, also no milk for the tea making facilities.
Location: The location won't suit all, but if proximity to the railway station is important, this is an excellent choice.
We stayed in the hotel N'vy for 1 night at the end of holiday travelling through Switzerland. The hotel is on the outskirts of town near the lake and park about 10 mins walk from the train station (2 tram stops). It is about 25 mins walk to the old town which was fine for us as proximity to the railway station was more important. The hotel is not in the best part of town but is chic, modern and well planned. The hotel appears to to have thought of everything from from Geneva travel passes, international sockets in the bedrooms (UK, European, Swiss, USB), a Nespresso coffee machine in the room to an interesting collection of books to read in the bar / breakfast area. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had the best night's sleep here out of all the hotels we stayed in throughout Switzerland
