This will be my hotel to come back to surely.
I had a wonderful experience staying here. Everything from Location, quality, service to staff's welcoming attitude was great. I considered to be in the heart of Geneva city right next to most expensive hotels while here it was well within my pocket even after having the same standards.

This is a lovely hotel - great position near to town - nice rooms and particularly lovely helpful knowledgeable staff everyone I spoke to or met went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable from the housekeeping lady through bar staff to reception all were great. The location by the lake means just a short walk into town and right opposite is a garden where you can grab a coffee or light snack - spa area was relaxing and kept spotless.

Really lovely, friendly staff. Beautiful room. A couple of minor property issues which were resolved when asked. Buffet breakfast a little limited on hot options for a hotel of this class. Good gluten free warmed rolls and pastries on request.

Great location right on Lake Geneva. Really nice welcome treats in the room, and bottled water and very nice bathroom amenities. Breakfast is very nice, they make eggs and other things to order. Unfortunately they don’t tell you what all they make so you need to ask and learn. Would be great to have a menu of options.

Le Richemonde has made our trip extra special and memorable! The hotel is in an excellent location, very short walk to the water taxi, bus station, Ritz and Four Season, 10 min walk to the train station. Upon request, we have received thorough details from the concierge on dining and transportation prior to arrival. Although the lobby is little dated, the rooms are very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable with high quality linen. We have enjoyed the balcony with lakeview very much! Dinner at Le Jardin was excellent, great menu choice, outstanding desert by chef Quazzala! Richemonde is a very classy place with first class staff from the concierge, check in, doorman to room service! We will definitely stay here again!

Great location near the lake. Everything works. Good restaurant, especially desserts (their pastry chef won top pastry chef in Switzerland from Gault Millau). The restaurant could do with better AC (it was a record heat wave though).

The hotel was in a great location close to everything. It is an historic property & is lovely inside. Rooms were spacious with nice bathrooms and wonderful showers. We were a little disappointed that our room did not have the view we were expecting. The website makes it look like all rooms are overlooking the water, but ours was facing a back street.

The staff was friendly, courteous, efficient. The room was modern and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers, chocolate, a full compliment of quality shampoos and soaps, etc. Highly recommend.
