The room only has wall mounted soap and shampoo. I only expect this is 3 star hotels. Even though we booked for a couple there were only pillows, robes for one. We had to ask for slippers. If took and age (~6 hours) for them to get to the room after we left around 10 am.
More importantly we could not reach the switchboard from the phone in our room and we never managed to get a reply from housekeeping. I had to physically go to the front desk each time
Last, the shuttle used to have a regular schedule that was advertised in the foyer with a regular pick up at the airport three times an hour. Now, there is no published schedule and one needs to phone from the airport to ensure the shuttle comes out. There seems to be a big emphasis on flight crew service.
Lot's of little things are changing and the overall level of excellence of the hotel is gradually getting eroded.
