I was just passing through town so I don't have a ton of salient thoughts to offer here. The check-in was friendly and easy. The room was immaculate. The breakfast service was friendly and prompt. It was a gloomy day in the middle of the week and the place was very quiet. I would certainly consider staying here again if I were in Geneva.

The waterfront park right on the lake is out the back of the hotel. It is a nice place to walk and the water was beautiful. Restaurants and shops and a wine tasting room are in walking distance. Quiet and peaceful.

Great location right on the lake, easy walking distance to town for restaurants & some shopping. Nice walk along the lake in the park next to the hotel. Front desk and staff friendly & helpful. (Our family needed a 'rollaway' bed & it was great - almost twin size.)

The staff working at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The pool was closed due to maintenance. We were able to use the pool at the Hampton Inn. The property is right on the water which we loved. The major downside for us was the beds are only full size. Which makes it hard to sleep more than 1 adult.

Beautiful view, nice room but one of the main reasons we wanted to stay was the pool was told in middle of pump replacement but overall decent hotel

I love staying at LakeFront 41. I was invited to a wedding and the location was convenient. It was so relaxing to be here at this time of year. I really needed it. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I will be back for Spring Break!

Didn't like that you had to pay for a cup of coffee in the lobby, but nice to have pods in the room. View from the room was beautiful and check in was easy. Beautiful restaurant with views. good food and drinks.

I really liked the restaurant/bar area with all of the lights in the windows. It was very cozy. The bartender and the front desk staff were very friendly. The live music was great. The only thing that I didn’t like were the bed pillows. They weren’t very comfortable. Overall it was a great experience.

It was an OK stay but the rooms were worn down and definitely not "redone" or "new". It was slightly dirty; the shower had stains and the floor felt slimy. The chair it the room was torn and dirty- we did not sit in it. The bed was fine and clean, but the pillows were oddly small for a king sized bed. Overall, fine for the one night we needed, but not worth the price and not super clean.

I have stayed at a couple places in Geneva when dropping off at Hobart. This place was the more modern feeling of the two. Will probably come back here in May to take in the great waterfront view too.

First the good - The staff was friendly and courteous. They helped us out w/ whatever they could. The room was clean. Sheets were fresh. Not so good - NO HOT WATER! Never got more than luke- warm. Sucked. Then there was no soap in the shower dispenser. It was just a two night stay so we didn't bring anything from home. Then the pool was shut down for maint. I understand, Jan/Feb, probably a good time to do it. But they could have let us know. The clerk did tell us that we could go to another hotel in town and use their pool. Just not the same. And I also want to say that they did re-imburse us some of our fees because of the above issues. But they'll have to correct those issues before I stay there again.

I was disappointed that the pool was not available to use. The coffee station in the lobby was out of order. The bathroom did not have any conditioner, and the tub did not have adequate hand rails to get in and out of it. This place was a nice place to stay in the past.
