Hotel is not close to town or any shops

Our experience was not pleasant. They have only one comforter in the bed for two people so we slept with our feet exposed. The bed itself is of a very poor quality and not very comfortable. The room was way too hot and I was told that they couldn’t lower the temperature . The window does not open. So they offered us another room which was cooler but still we were hot. Didn’t have a very good night sleep.

Short stały Before early morning flight

Great experience, short distance, 5 minutes from our terminal . We came from les 3 Vallees at night, slept in a beautiful, spacey room , got rest and flew home the next morning. Very convenient!!!

Early airport departure

We chose this hotel because we had an early morning flight to catch. There is a courtesy bus but it's only a 10-15 minute walk along a safe pathway. Check-in was excellent. Maxime was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. He gave us some information about the city, how to get to the centre and where to go. The room as a good size and clean. The half-duvets are a bit bizarre. Being next to the airport you can hear the air traffic but that's to be expected. We ate in the Cbar but found the food to be very expensive for what it was. Service wasn't great either.

Nice business hotel

Location: Easy bus ride to downtown Geneva. The bus stop is a short wak from the hotel.
Hotel is close to the airport and runs shuttle buses to hotel frequently, so no need for taxi. You can get a card for public transport for free from the hotel. Bus stop to downtown is in easy walking distance. Taxis are quite expensive. The hotel is modern and clean. Service was a bit spotty with staff frequently knocking at the door. There was a pillow menu, but the ones we wanted were not available. Overall, a good stay.

It was a relatively short stay in a week end.The room was big,but cosy.And the hotel is very quiet. The staff was helpful,especially those in charge for the breakfast and the room service.The food was also ok. The hotel is not very close to the downtown,but by taxi you can be there in 10-15 min. What can I say?Switzerland...

Nice hotel near Geneva airport

I recommend this hotel for some one want to travel from Geneva airport. There is a shuttle every 15 mints. Room size good. Clean. Parking. GYM quit

Modern, convenient hotel at Geneva Airport

Pros: Spacious, modern room and comfortable bed.
Cons: Internet was non-functional. The staff should be more friendly and accommodating when a guest cannot connect (rather than insisting all is fine).
Location: Location is right next to the airport.
Checked into this hotel at 10:00 pm after flying into Geneva. The hotel runs a free shuttle from the passenger arrival area (outside the baggage claims) about once every 15 minutes. It is possible to also walk to the hotel, but one has to walk through a car garage and it would take about 15 minutes - not ideal if carrying a lot of luggage. Unfortunately the pool/spa closed before I checked in - would have liked a 24-hour pool/spa, not sure why the hotel doesn't keep the pool/spa open at all times for late night arrivals. The other major problem was that the hotel Wifi was completely inoperable - I could not get my browser to launch the Internet login page - a real hassle. The hotel staff (rather arrogantly) insisted that the problem was on my end, which was certainly not the case. This problem was not resolved and the hotel staff did nothing to resolve it except tell me that my laptop was the problem. Aside from that, the room was spacious, modern, comfortable and very clean. I managed to get a good night's rest before my departing flight the next morning.
