Great location. Old and charming

Posted Nov 25, 2016
Staff was fantastic. Has an old time hotel feel with bell hop and a cozy bar downstairs. Fantastic breakfast for 4€. Bed a little hard. We had a great stay. It is right in front of train station with hop on hop off bus right at the front door!

good location

Pros: The hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate and cost only €4 per person.
Nice hotel close to Brignole Railway Station. Very convenient for visits to Cinque Terre and Portofino and surrounding areas. There is also a metro close by which enabled us to travel around Genoa.

Great location opposite to train central station

Posted Sep 17, 2016
We used it as a transit hub whereby everyday we travel by the train to a different city and come back even after midnight with no worries since the hotel is 3 minutes walk from the central station

Close to a Metro

Posted Aug 20, 2016
The hotel is a lovely grand old hotel which has been slightly modernised. It was close to a main metro station which was great as we travelled to Cinque Terre one day and then to Milan. Arriving back well after dark we didn't have a long walk to the hotel and felt safe.,

Lovely hotel, very close to railway station.

Posted Aug 14, 2016
Pros: The automatic opening doors! Pleasant atmosphere And helpful staff as well as the locality,
Cons: Washing and drying facility.
Location: Station very close. Shops within very easy walking distance and a wide choice of eating place.
Stayed here for three nights. Had no problems, staff all very helpful. Breakfast excellent value, croissants and pastries plus yoghurt, fruit, bread, meats, cheese AND bacon and egg. Room more than adequate with plenty of space. Only draw back was no washing machine in the hotel for guests to use though there was a laundry service.

Decent place easy access to train

Posted Jul 23, 2016
This is a pretty good place near the Brignole station. Makes it super easy to get around. If you are heading to the center of city later at night make sure to know what buses to take or take a taxi. Metro stops at 9pm.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent, parking available for 21 euro below hotel + tip. A little noisy but, would stay there again.

Convenient, comfortable hotel

Close to the centre of Genoa (10-15 min walk) and opposite Brignole railway station. Good value and staff are attentive and efficient.
