the location is perfect. the best street of the Genoa. Although the rooms facing the street are filled with the street noise, when windows are open. very convenient for transportation. only 8 minutes walk to major train station.

Rarely write reviews for hotel stays, but this is easily 4 or 5 star quality. Great renovated rooms. Great service, very accomodating. Did not hesitate to rebook for a second night.

Hotel in decent location. Looks to be recently renovated. Breakfast was a disaster. Only 9 tables setup in breakfast area. Had to queue alongside 4 other groups to wait for a table. When we got a table, we had to sit for a few mins until a staff member came across to clear it and clean with a handheld hoover. At that point we realised that the wait was not worth it as the breakfast was very basic, one of the worst we've had travelling across Italy over the last few years. Based on this experience, we skipped the hotel breakfast on the second day

Old world charm
We loved our room which had a balcony over looking XXSettembre. Providing us a Birds Eye view of the victory parade for the local soccer team on Saturday. The hotel sported a central caged in elevator with all the old world charm, and the staff was attentive to our needs. Very spacious room with high ceilings.

Remodelled. Very modern inside. Nice large clean room. Drove into Genova. Parking is an absolute nightmare. Don’t recommend doing it , however person at reception kindly helped us navigate the issue to safe us money. Download EASYPARK APP if you plan to drive. Hotel is located in heart of shopping district 👍 but on Sunday night everything is closed including the restaurants👎

This hotel is 3*** but the rooms are so amazing that it feels like 5*. The staff is extremely helpful and the location is stellar. Directly in the center, shopping and restaurants all around, also close to train station, bus station, metro, shuttle to the airport is 5 minute walk from the hotel. Highly recommend, you're safe in this hotel and it will pleasantly surprise you. They also make fantastic coffees of your choice for breakfast.

Warm welcome!
The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre and outside of the dreaded ZTL area. It occupies two floors inside a larger building. The underground parking (paid) is just across the street (Coin parking). The rooms are nice, and the receptionist is an absolutely lovely and welcoming lady. The breakfast is perhaps a bit simple, but the coffee is excellent!

Nice marble floors throughout the hotel, high quality furnishings and great shower with different pressure settings. Also very clean, felt safe and very convenient central location. Worth noting however that all the TV channels are dubbed in Italian. Breakfast was simplistic, but nice fresh croissants.

This hotel was a lovely place to stay while site seeing in Genoa. It’s a little further away from Via Garibaldi, but is merely a short walk. The hotel is newly renovated as I noticed the first floor was going through finishing touches. Our room was beautiful and clean. The check in process was easy and the front desk person showed us to our room and was keen to make sure we had everything we needed. The building is a residential/business building on XX Septiembre and it’s got a cool vintage elevator. It’s charming, quiet, and safe! I would happily stay here again. The breakfast was off the side of the lobby (2nd floor) and had cereal, pastries, toast, cold cuts, hard boiled egg, yogurts and the highlight, fresh capuccinno the front desk made especially for you as you sat down to eat. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood close to shops and the Mercato Orientale market and Genova Brigonale train station.

a hidden gem in the heart of Genoa.
Great place very good Italian breakfast. Good coffee. We really liked this place. Very friendly nice staff in a great old building. Extremely clean. Hfad an old fashioned family hotel feel and we found iit charming, well run and recommend it very highly. Location very convenient and easy to get to, not far from Genova Brignolesi Station....this is the best stop for the hotel.

The hotel is very old, and has a small and bad bathroom, hot water is a problem to get. The room is clean, but not everywhere - tables have a lot of dust - same as the telephone. The hotel itself is located in a big building, and it is pretty difficult to find it from the street. The most of the staff does not speak or understand English - I was waiting for the cup of tea for half an hour. Breakfast is extremely bad and poor! We were very disapponted of this Hotel - we do not recommend it at all!

Buen hotel, en el centro de Génova. La chica que nos atendió muy bien y simpática, pero varios peros,...el primero es que el colchón no era nada cómodo, hacia ruido y se undía, la calefacción en el techo no salía suficientemente caliente. A tener en cuenta: 1. El hotel está el primer piso de un gran edificio 2. El ascensor es de los a 70, con eso no quiero decir nada negativo, solo que te hace volver al pasado. 3. Justo delante del hotel está el parking subterráneo que se llama COIN PARKING, si se lo decís a la chica/o de recepción pondrán un sello en el tiquet del parking y así solo pagaréis 20€/noche, pero ojo, si estáis por ejemplo 40h en dicho parking, os cobrarán dos dias enteros, si estais 60h pues 3 días enteros.....aún si dale barato.
