Pleased with our room Breakfast was not successful. Out of items and items outdated. Will stay again. Just have breakfast elsewhere

BEST TRIP EVER

I had such a WONDERFUL experience here. The staff, both morning and evening, were so kind and helpful. I can not wait to come back!

was good door in bathroom was squeaking bad when you open and close and punch by previous people that stay there but employees were great customer service.

I am happy to hear that my staff was warm and friendly, however I can only imagine how irritating the squeaking of the door must have been. I hope that you informed the front desk as you were checking out so that we can get that problem fixed. But, no worries I will have all the doors checked for both problems mentioned. Not worth it

A/C wasn't cooling, bed wore, old & sank in the center & carpet needs to be cleaned....kicked my shoes off walking around bare footed & when I looked at my feet they were black.

I am very sorry to hear that you did not have an enjoyable stay. All the carpets are being shampooed as we speak, so hopefully we can avoid this problem with the carpet again. This is the first complaint that I have had about the bed, most of the time I'm told how comfortable they were. So I do apologize for that and will get that looked into. The A/C may be going out and it's right on time for our routine checkup. We will definitely get those to ice cold status by the beginning of summer! Thank you for your comment.

It gets the job done, I wouldn't recommend it for families with children, very noisy and hard to get some sleep... Wifi worked ok... Staff is very friendly and they have security onsite at night...

Looked nothing like the pictures.

Wish I could received a refund but Expedia said I couldn't. Stay somewhere else this place had nothing it said or looked as good in pictures as it did in real life. Also if you like drug dealing and hooker this is the place.

I am sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay or that you believe to have been mislead somehow. I would like to know what we promised to have that we didn't offer. I will be checking into this, for this is not something that was intended . We want to offer the amenities that we have nothing more nothing less. As for the non palatable guests. There is security here at night that prevents loiterers from hanging around. So this should not have been an issue. Thanks for your comments.

One Cheap Night

The good is price and location The bad is the facility is old and the pics online in no way capture the truth of it all. The bathroom needs a major upgrade. But you get what you pay for!!

I am at dismay to hear that the pictures did not represent the rooms, because the pictures were taken of the very same rooms that are rented daily. There are some rooms that have had a face lift and some that are getting ready to undergo the upgrade. Thank you for your comments.

Too noisy as it is right by the airport. But staff was excellent.
