Won’t honour an existing booking

Terrible, extremely unhappy with service. I paid for the hotel 6 weeks ago and they rebooked my room. No communication or anything this is worse than rude.

We were given a room on the first floor and entered the room with a live big cockroach on the floor. We immediately told the front desk and we were given a room on the 3rd floor which had been renovated.

Falling apart

Hard to find... everything seemed to be broken or leaking. Would never stay in this chain again.

Nice hotel, close to IAH airport and shopping!

Pros: Very clean. Excellent breakfast!
Cons: No notification from staff that there was no hot water in the facility!
Location: Very close to Beltway 8 and IAH airport and shopping on 1960!
The stay was great with the exception of the last night there was no hot water to take a shower.

Booked room with 2 queen beds, pre paid for room, only room with 1 king and pullout available when checked in. Front desk was going to send us to Comfort Inn instead. We didnt want to change hotels. When opened pullout sofa, garbage found and used wrinkled sheets bundled on bed. Went to front desk, clerk had to go to hotel next door to retrieve bedding. I was given 3 sheets only. No blankets available. Good thing this was only for a quick overnight stay. Would not recommend.

Lousy Shuttle Service

The hotel was great but if you are coming in late on an airplane then forget about the free shuttle. We called the hotel when we landed but till we got to the pickup door the shuttle was on the way back to the hotel and wouldn’t come pick us up because it was 5 minutes past the shuttle closing time. So we had to get a taxi.

I will use it again and again. I even wanted to use their branch in New Jersey but unfortunately the hotel room is all sold out for the time I want to go in April. Good management.
