pleasant exprience

Cons: Directions to hotel
Location: Off Hwy 59, not right on 59. Near IAH, lots of restaurants.
The hotel is not as easy to find as it seems. All GPS etc., not quite with it on that. The only problem with room, it smelled like smoke in the living room. It was a non-smoking room. The breakfast was great. Employees, from front desk to housekeepers great.

Staff were very rude to me. I checked in on a Tuesday afternoon and they treated me as if I didn't matter. I asked for a 2nd card they gave one to me and deactivated the one I already had which defeated the whole purpose then told me they had very important guess hear so I need to wait if I need anymore assistance. I won't be coming back to this hotel I even tried to get a refund but instead management upgraded my room free of charge. I've never been treated like that ever in my life.

Big, Spacious Rooms

Our favorite place to stay in the area. The front desk staff are friendly. Great variety of items for breakfast, 24 hour complimentary refreshments and excellent coffee bar. The rooms a huge and the suite has separate sleeping quarters. Nice size pool, oitside terrace and close to shopping areas.

Make sure the AC works

The AC was out and they only gave us a fan. Terrible condition...especially with it being hot outside and with kids. We were sweating all night and the hotel didn't even offer us another room or discount.
