The power went out on the day we checked out. The front desk lady was friendly. The room wasn't too bad. Loved the horse painting above the bed. There was a friendly black cat there that was abandoned. Adorable cat. The bathroom didn't have enough towels. There was s stove, but no dishes. They had a mini fridge with no freezer.

Very friendly. I did not have transportation and it was about to get dark, I did not feel comfortable walking 4 blocks with very busy road to go and eat. Food delivery was my only option.

It’s a good place to stay very close to the airport and they offer free shuttle airport-hotel and hotel-airport.

Was close to airport, but was under reno. Rooms smelled of paint, doors didn't unlock without help, shuttle driver was EXTREMELY rude, check-in seemed very disorganized despite having reservations

The place is fine especially for an airport hotel but room smelled like cigarette and breakfast was beyond underwhelming, just a bag with 2 small muffin and a granola bar and juice machine didn't even work. Photo of hotel showed a nice full breakfast but it wasn't.

Was just ok. Hotel shuttle took an hour to pick us up. Another 30 minutes to get to the hotel. It was late and we were tierd. Room was tierd but ok. Thought maybe some prostitution was being done in the room a couple doors down.

Dear guest, the shuttle is usually in time however if there is something going on or accident yes they will take long because of traffic otherwise it takes around 15 minutes since we are really close to the airport. We take care of our property and do not allow any type of irregular activities here, this is a family oriented business. Thank you!

The shuttle did not pick me up from airport as arranged. Had to find another shuttle to take me. They didn't save a 1st floor room for me. Obviously I'm a woman travelling alone from my reservation. Only 1 girl on duty at 9pm. She had to lug my suitcase up the stairs to 2nd floor as no one else to help her. No restaurant as advertised. Nearest restaurent: had to cross FREEWAYS at night to get to it. Ad said restaurant was in hotel. Had to go without dinner. Sofa in room was old, faded with stains. One small blood stain on one of pillowcases. Paper lampshades were torn in places. The outside was like signing into a prison with passing papers through a slot. No coffee etc available in lobby when I signed in or out. Lobby itself was smaller than any I've ever seen. One couch. Days Inn does not keep up its properties from what I've heard from others. Never again. And, I demand a refund!!!!!

Dear guest, we have 24/7 shuttle and not issue with pick up except if there is an accident or something major is going on, true always one front desk always 24/7 to help our guests, we do have everything close but no sidewalks in the area but walking distance to everything, No restaurant inside the hotel though, besides free breakfast we have vending machine for sodas and snacks for sale, coffee and muffins during breakfast time, we keep up our rooms clean and comfortable, and soon we will have everything remodeled, our guests are always happy sorry you did not have the same impression and nothing was reported during your stay.

Stayed only one night. Room smelled like a rubber balloon. Toilet continued to run. Paint chips everywhere. Some guy smoking weed outside room at the picnic tables. Clerk wrote down wrong time for shuttle service to airport. No restaurants/dining nearby - had to cross busy street in order to get fast-food. Television kept buffering. Would not stay here again nor would I recommend

Dear guest, sorry for your stay was no as pleasant, just to let you know that the rooms are super clean and sanitized, For the shuttle our 24/7, it was no mentioned any issue about time otherwise we would fixed it right away, as for restaurants and shopping areas everything is close less two or three blocks away, for the television we were not informed either to be able address any issue. As for other guests we are always checking our property to keep it clean, safe and quite as much as possible.Thank you !

The night manager checked us into a room that was already in use. VERY EMBARRASSING for all parties. Requested an early wake-up call. It did not happen. Missed hotel shuttle. Almost missed flight. Incurred a $20 Lyft ride to get us to the airport.

Large group of loud drinking men out in the courtyard until 3am, cars squealing their tires. The check in desk is behind plexiglass during the day, and at night you check in through a little window outside. The inside of the room was very run down. Honestly the sketchiest hotel I've ever stayed in.

Dear guest, the people you saw in the patio is a big family celebrating a birthday thats not everyday event and we asked them to keep it quite for the rest of our guests and they collaborated. for the window, we close it at late night however there is always someone at the front desk 24/7 to take care of our guests.

Good: Super comfy mattress, clean room, nice staff, 24/7 airport shuttle. Bad: Room smelled like cigarettes, toilet wasn’t working, you can hear neighbors talking beside your room. It could’ve been that particular weekend we were there but the guests were very loud and paid no respect to the fact there were other people sleeping next to their room. Sheets were an uncomfortable fabric that would itch your skin. Cars were racing up and down the street around 1-2am. Overall besides the room smelling like cigarettes there wouldn’t be anything else that the staff could improve. Thanks for the stay.

Happens to be a good fast food chicken restaurant near where u can buy dinner and breakfast / was really nothing decent for breakfast and no cream fof coffee Not a pleasant location but i felt ok walking alone at 9 pm for food for 10 min

The AC was terrible. Even at night it was very hot. The AC was set to 61 and could not be changed. When front desk was alerted they apologize and said there was nothing they can do
