I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The ambiance was nice, the staff was friendly and we were able to get in our room earlier than 3pm. The bed was like laying on a marshmallow, soft and cozy. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Transportation to airport was terrible I need a whellchair and because i was dropped.off at baggage claim getting one was a nightmare

Only 8 minutes from the airport and it's a lovely place with even lovelier people. The waitresses at breakfast were very friendly. I would definitely stay again

This was a nice place to stay and seemed clean and well maintained. It has a good shuttle service to and from the airport. The restaurant on-site was also nice and the food and service were also very good

The staff here are amazing. Let us check in early after a very hectic morning. The staff in the restaurant were also great with excellent service. The building is a little older but I think they should embrace the 60s vibe and go for it.

We arrived earlier than expected and the front desk was able to check us in early. It was a tremendous help for us. They also gave us water's and fresh warm cookies. We really enjoyed our stay. The free shuttle to the airport was also a plus! Definitely would stay again when in Houston.

I checked in after midnight and the staff was alert and very courteous. The property is right beside a Jack in the Box, Taco Bell, and gas station, so I was able to get some food. The next morning the breakfast buffett was really good and the staff very nice. All staff interactions were pleasant.
