Very nice and welcoming.

Love this place. The only complaint I have is that the night girl at the desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. She even charged me an extra fee even though I took my dog elsewhere to avoid the fee I couldn't afford. She looked dead at me, in front of other customers and said "I don't believe you, now in order to stay you must pay the 25 dollar pet fee"! Horrified and embarrassed by the dramatic, public display...I just stood there speechless as my husband handed her 25 dollars. In which then she said " it's 29.50 with tax". I said my dog was only here 2 hours and she replied "i don't care". So we did. Other than that...We love it here but luckily only see her if we need something after hours.

Horrible

I purchased a none smoking room and the room was full of smoke.. The front staff was never at the front it took minutes to receive things I needed for my stay.

Roaches

There were roaches in the room, bad smell of smoke and rude lazy unkempt staff.

Hotel Horror

A total of 2 employees actually spoke to me.....roaches in the room.....FOREVER to get water warm enough to shower......elevator scared me to death.....would stop on a floor and NOT be even with the floor...or bounce....floor just stunk and hit you as soon as you got off elevator....systems were messed up between hotel and Hotels.com so it took almost an hour to get my room that had been paid for in advance....several were turned away as system wasnt showing paid reservations.

overcharged hurricane Harvey 1st responders

FEMA needed to move us after 1st night. Hotel charged us for nights we weren't there even though there was a waitlist and the rooms were sold again.

Great place to stay and great staff

This was my first experience staying at a Extended Stay America and hopefully it wont be my last. From the day I checked in my whole stay was great. Sam and Shani were very helpful and nice and they made my experience awesome. The room was comfortable, clean and nice. The bed was a little uncomfortable but not bad. The hotel is a little older but still in nice condition. It is in a good area and they have a security guard on premise all night to make sure all is well. The pool was nice, it could use a vacuum to get the leaves off the bottom but it was nice to relax in after a hard day. Overall the price was very fair for the accommodations and the staff made it even better. Thanks again, Sam and Shani
