Couldn't have been better

Pros: Clean and quiet and the staff were delightful!
Our stay was only for 3 nights to attend a retreat, but it was by far the cleanest and best maintained hotel we have been to in a very long time. We appreciated our time there.

Poor Customer Service

We were in town for a softball tournament. Upon arriving we parked up front to check in. Before the doors to the hotel even opened the music was BLASTING from one of the rooms up front. We were tired after our drive and had to be up at 6am for a softball tournament. When we walked in the music was even louder of course, and apparently there was a graduation party in the room up front where they had a DJ. I checked in, went out to park and circled the parking lot AT LEAST 10 times and then decided to call the front desk. I told her that there was nowhere to park, every single spot was taken and no one was leaving. She said I could park in the "no parking" area but I would have to move my car after the graduation party was over. I was ready to go straight to bed so I asked if I would have to stay up until the party was over, which is ridiculous. She said I could choose to park next door. After circling a few more times I had no other option but to park next door, haul softball equipment and a cooler plus our bags from the parking lot next door to our room. So inconvenient and inconsiderate of your customers.

Excellent stay!

Pros: Warm breakfast! Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available all day long.
Location: Very convenient for shopping and dining
Front desk very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room very spacious and clean.

Good for Business

Pros: Convenience, clean facilities
Location: Really didn't do anything, short stay, choice of nearby places to eat,
Was in Houston for business and the Hampton Inn was close to our project site. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was alright. Easy access to major thoroughfare. Shuttle from airport so didn't have to rent a car this trip.

Close to destination

Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Curtains that block outside light
Lights in parking lot were excessive and shined into room. Everything else was great.

Near Houston airport

Pros: Breakfast and courteous service
Cons: Access through side doors at night. Could not gain entry after returning from dinner. Had to use from entryway.
Location: Proximity to stores, shopping, airport, restaurants
Very impressed about clean the place is. I especially enjoyed the breakfast
