Nice Hotel close to airport

We stayed here the night before boarding a cruise ship from Galveston. Nice free airport shuttle. Comfortable room. Nice staff. Decent breakfast and pub food.

I found the rooms small (and I booked a suite). I know that surrounding hotels have bigger suites for a cheaper price. Won’t go back.

Hotel was nice, but stay away from the restaurant.

Pros: The room was nice.
Cons: The restaurant as a whole needs changed, staff was rude and ignorant. Service sucked, and the food was way over priced! Who are they to profile me?
Our room was very nice, we arrived on our way to Galveston for a cruise. We decided to try the in house restaurant, BIG mistake, VERY over priced, service sucked if you were not wearing a suit or similar attire, forget service. They WILL "profile " you.

My Cold Hilton Houston Stay

Pros: Fast friendly service.
Cons: HVAC systems are old and need replacing along with regularly scheduled air filter changes. One my room looked like it hadn't been changed in a year.
Location: Movie theater right in front of hotel if you wish to catch a movie flick.
Our initial check was expeditious and the staff was very friendly. Once we arrived to the room we noticed that it was very cold. We turned on the heat like anyone would had done and waited. 3 hours later, "no heat". Engineer was called up to fix but he could not fix the suite nor the bedroom. It was cold in Houston that day dropping to 30. Engineer said it was broke and that all the systems in this hotel are old and need replacing. That I was the 30th call with 9 more after me. I was the 4th customer being moved to a new room. Air Filter was horribly dirty. Engineer said that was not his responsibility. So front desk downgraded us to a single room after verifying the heat was working and we moved over at 11:30pm. So avoid this hotel on cold days. The heating systems in rooms are old and don't all work. You'll be rolling the dice on a room that works. They'll just rent our old room again. You've been warned. Hilton North, Houston, TX

Needs Updating

The bathroom had drainage problems, the fixtures were rusted, the heat in our room barely put out heat. Upon arriving, we were given a disgusting pack n' play crib for our child....however this was corrected before the second night. As a Hilton Honors member, these conditions were not a good reflection of the Hilton brand.

It’s not the best option

the hotel is not bad but the bathrooms are old they should be renovated. and it is not close to anything. the mall in front is horrible. I do not stand the best option considering that it is a Hilton

Pros: Spacious, luxury looking hotel
Cons: Check in time
Location: Love the mall right across. Choices of food around the area. Perfect location.
Very nice, spacious hotel. Only thing I would say is a downer is the check in. Its hard to believe rooms are not available till after 3pm and not a minute sooner. Other hotels have it ready as soon as you get there even if their check in is at a later time.

Stayed here before. Was satisfied then and am pleased with my stay this time. Conveniently close to the airport. Will book here again the next time I'm in town.
