Heating system kept me up all night so i could not sleep.

Great location. Reception staff were great. Handy having self washing facilities.

Great hotel at the airport

Off the plane and into our room...easy overnight stop in IAH...Just had to take the little tram to the Marriott .

Convenient and comfortable

Cons: The subway to the hotal from the airport stops running at 12:30 am. Our flight landed minutes too late to catch the last train.
Right at the airport. We had a late flight in and a midmorning flight out and this was perfect. Comfortable beds mase it great.

Staff is either great or terrible

I called 2 days prior to our trip and spoke with a gentleman who was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Day of I called the hotel to request the complimentary shuttle and a lady with a strong accent answered and asked why I couldn't take the train. I explained the man before said we should take the shuttle because we were a family of 4, arriving late at night, with an infant. She said ok they could send a shuttle and asked what terminal we were at. I didn't have the slightest idea (it was late. Big airport. Did i mention I have a baby?!?) She was extremely rude about it and wasn't helpful in the slightest. After looking around I found our terminal letter and she said she would sent a shuttle. We follow the signs to the hotel shuttle pick up (per her instructions) and waited outside. We then got a call from a man asking where we were. He was told B and we were in A. We waited some more. We get another call from the man asking where we were because he was at terminal A door 114. We were at door 115. Nobody mentioned this to us! Then we get in the van and he drove like a maniac to the hotel (2 min drive) knowing I was HOLDING our baby. We got to the desk and the check in lady was very sweet. Hotel is nice. Our room had a shopping bag and receipt from the guests prior in a drawer so I'm questioning the cleanliness.

This is a very nice hotel especially convenient when flying and have an overnight connection! Definitely would recommend!!

Short tram ride from the airport. Very convenient. Friendly staff and nice accommodations

This worked just as I'd hoped. Got out of the secure part of the airport. Got a tram to the hotel. Quick check- in. One surprise - I was on the first floor and had to briefly go outside to get to my room. So if you're a cold hater, maybe ask for a room that doesn't require outside walking.

Nice hotel right at the airport

Pros: Location. Guests take the airport train from their terminal rather than having to take a cab or a shuttle to go to a nearby hotel.
Cons: More staff at the desk during early morning hours. Make sure vending machines on the different floors offer a variety of items and are well stocked.
Location: I didn’t have the time to explore the vicinity, but the location of the hotel is ideal for travelers using the George Bush International Airport.
This is a nice hotel right at the Houston airport. The facilities are well kept and clean and the staff is professional and friendly.
