Terrible hotel

Rude staff, didn't accomade me Cancelled my reservation 3 hour shift prior to reservation, Didn't help find another option

Horrible experience with front desk staff

Harrow could be the name of the guy at front desk on Friday August 18th. He had a bad attitude, cancelled our reservation with no explanation other than he was doing room inventory. He treated my daughter telling her he will ask someone to eject from the hotel. He sent my family which was my daughter, a boy and a baby at 1:00 AM to out of the hotel with no consideration whatsoever. This guy doesn't represent the professionalism, respect, customer service that La Quinta provides customers. I am so dissapointed.

The smoke alma going off at 2:30 in morning. No one come to see about it... No one make up the bed, no towel in the room... Just not a good experience at all...

There will be no swimming here

The pool was out of order for 3 months and nothing was said until check in 97 degrees and no swimming

Good location

Pros: Good location to IAH
Location: The key feature is that is close IAH and I-45
The property and the room was clean. the parking lot was secure.

One night only...but loved it!

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was great! I wish I could have been there longer to enjoy the pool, but I really did feel very comfortable for my short stay.

Night in Houston.

It was an average hotel. It was clean the staff was very friendly. The bed was not the most comfortable and there were no extra blankets in the closet when I got cold in the middle of the night all I had was the think coverings that are on the bed. The bed was very firm but with no pillow top etc. so uncomfortable for me. The place was very clean though. We only spent one night so it was OK. The location was great to get around with what we were doing while we where there.
