Fantastic Staff

Caught in Hurricane Harvey in Houston, Tx The Hotel & Staff went above & beyond to Accommodate all guests! I will definitely recommend Staybridge Suites & look forward to staying with them again! Walt Flynn

Location location location

Staff was wonderful but they put me in a handicap room and the handheld shower spray wouldn't stay in the hook and kept falling down on my head. The room wasn't as clean as I'm used to and the location of the hotel was subprime...hard to get in out of with construction and traffic and beat up roads.

Very clean, bad location

Pros: Clean, staff was nice
Cons: Identifying the location - not calling it as if it is closer to the airport. Have some better dining options.
Location: Location was awful for me.
This hotel is newer and clean - great customer service. However, the location is very difficult to get to, even if you know your way around that area of Houston. There is no dining on site, and nothing even close to go to - and, its located on a frontage road that is only one way. In addition, and not the hotel's fault, the off ramp is closed so you have to go even farther out of your way. It was very confusing. If I were staying for a week, and the work I was doing was close, then I would choose this again. But, it is not really close to the airport as advertised, and the no dining option was not clear when I booked .

Excellent staff!

Really nice stay, although I wasn't expecting much. The staff was extremely nice and went out of their way to go the extra mile, the extra little details (microwave popcorn available, sound machine available, happy hour) made it feel special, and the breakfast in the morning was very tasty. By far the staff deserves the most credit, because you could tell they were working very hard to make everyone comfortable and happy. The only thing I didn't like was the crowd of men who seemed to be constantly hanging out in the entryway, smoking. Perhaps if that is a constant, the hotel could put benches off to one side so that they aren't blocking the way into the building with a cloud of smoke. (As a solo female traveler, I have to say this is just irritating. It's not the hotel's fault but they might be able to help alleviate the problem.) There is nothing nearby if you want to walk to dinner, and as of now, UberEats doesn't deliver, so be prepared to grab an Uber or order pizza.

In regards to the smokers, we've tried to move the benches and encourage them to go out back, but some groups are more accepting than others. Once they finish with all this construction in our area, we are looking forward to getting some more fast food options. I cam honestly say this the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. We have both agreed that we will always stay at a Staybridge no matter where we go! Truly one amazing hotel!!

Nice Kitchen

There was no room available when I arrived. I arrived after 3pm with cooked and uncooked food and a room was not available. I was told that it would take 15 to 20 miutes so I left for 30 minutes to run an errand. When I returned, there was still no room available. That was very disappointing.
