New Management Required

Hotel front desk staffs need customer service training. They were very rude and unfriendly. Breakfast area needs cleaning. Quality and quantity of breakfast vety poor. No batteries in tv remote. Hotel lobby needs cleaning. Hotel checkin counter covered with glass as if customers are being quarantined. Ovrrall my stay was very terrible and will not rent Siper 8 hotels anumore....

Friendly and helpful staff

I was in Houston last minute working with the relief effort for Hurrican Harvey. There were aboslutely ZERO hotels available except the one room at the Humble Super 8. Great Price, good room, excellent service. Friendly and helpful.

Dirty bed!

The sheets were extra dirty with stains on them! It was so nasty!

Hotel across from mall lots of eating places

Hotel was nice a little hard to get to or find because it sits off 1960 kinda of hard to see .

Pros: location
Cons: update the pet allowed info online
Location: shopping, close to iah airport
I put in the expedia search bar, hotels with pet friendly, but when we got there no pets allowed signs all over the check in desk....we don't know if expedia has the wrong info in the web site or its super 8's mistake

Wasn't impressed. Check in felt like the time I had to pick up a car from the impound lot.

Awesomeness

Pros: The location, the cleanliness, I felt safe.
Cons: nothing.
Location: Had plenty of choices for dinner, especially Pier 1, needed to buy new items for my daughter who just moved there and everything was so convenient.
I have stayed at several hotels over the years and I have to say this was by far one of the nicest, safest places I've brought my family to. I will be traveling to Houston monthly now with a new family there and am looking forward to ALWAYS staying at this awesome hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was the best-so friendly. Thank you so much for our pleasant first time in Humble TX. Look forward to coming back.
