I didn't get a chance to stay here. I made a reservation, I even called to confirm and was told everything was good to go. When I get there, they didn't have my reservation. Staff had no idea what to do. They were very unprofessional. Manager had to come out and help. She was very polite.

it was great... breakfast was good, room itself was comfortable and smelled clean.. love the gain smell.. only thing is a bit of traffic getting to it due to construction on beltway 8 but aside from that great hotel.. definitely staying in that hotel again

The a/c wasn't working had a big block of ice on it. They put us in a different room

Our stay was great. The only down fall was the construction and trying to get to the hotel.
