Allure Villa #22 is a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom waterfront property. Wake up every morning to the serene waterfront views of Grand Harbour and the North Sound.

The home is a 2nd-level unit with a spacious floor plan split between 2-floors. There are two master bedrooms, one of which is the entire 2nd level, offering privacy and glorious views, both featuring King-size beds and ensuites. The 3rd bedroom has two Double beds and an ensuite with bath/shower and accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably.

Stylish Interior:

Boasting an airy and bright open-concept living and dining area, a large primary bedroom,  this property has everything you need to embrace modern island living. Enjoy the sea breeze on the large terrace off the main living area or on the private patio of the primary bedroom.

Fully Equipped:

The condo is well-appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, air fryer, coffee bar, blender, cooking oil, spices, and all the essentials to enable guests to prepare their own meals during their stay.

The living room offers plenty of relaxing seating with a large screen, flat panel cable TV, and ocean views. All bedrooms have Smart TVs, Ceiling fans in every room, central A/C throughout, linens, laundry and dish soap, shampoo, beach towels, and complimentary high-speed WIFI.

The Allure complex features its waterfront, community resort-style shared swimming pool.  The swimming pool is shared with other units in a low density, uncrowded environment

The villa is stocked with beach towels, pool toys, beach chairs, and games.
