NO HOT WATER FOR 2 NIGHTS

Posted Sep 27, 2016
Pros: location-convenient to 401. Good restaurants around-especially Symposium and House of Buddha
Cons: Some kind of notice to guests about lack of hot water other than a sign on the front door.
Location: Toronto close but 401 traffic was HORRIBLE.
2 out of 3 boilers quit working-no hot water 1st night, no shower 1st morning and no hot water 2nd night. Thankfully the manager gave us a credit on our bill and we did have hot water the 2nd morning.

Amazing Hotel Staff

Posted Aug 3, 2016
The hotel staff were absolutely amazing! They were so knowledgeable about the surrounding area and places to go to eat etc. They were also willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible! I was very pleased!

not a good experience this time!!

Posted May 31, 2016 on Hotels
Stuck with a pet friendly room, not impressed, lady at desk a little rude, said it was because we booked on line??? The room not only smelled like pets but strong odor of smoke. I booked this venue because we had a very impressive room there last year. Breakfast was ok , dinning room is very crowded.

Should not be called a Best Westren Hotel

Posted May 9, 2016
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Either call it a Worst Western Hotel or build a new one.
Location: Attended a funeral service so all other things didn't matter.
Dangerous entrance to the room. Window was off it's track so air & noise was easily felt & heard. TV was so terrible that even the repair man couldn't fix it. The toilet tissue was of a very low quality. The breakfast was not fresh.

Cons: Heating in the room was a bit confusing
Excellent check in. Great staff. Only one in town so a bit over priced for what you get.
