A little run down

Pros: The front desk help.
The picture they showed on Expedia was a very nice picture. The room had updated furniture and newer vinyl floors, but the tile in the bathroom was all busted up pretty good. I don't believe it was dirty, but it looked awfully dirty because of so may tile being cracked. The shower drained slowly, which is a little distressing. You feel like you are standing in someone's open sewer. The outside of the motel is really rundown looking, where the advertisement picture looked much brighter and updated. On the positive side, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and polite and friendly. She tried to go out of her way to be courteous and helpful. If you had a crew from out of town working construction and needed lodging, it would be OK. It looked like that way what was mostly the case. I wished I had spent 6 dollars more and went down the road just a few yards, but we survived sincve we only stayed one night.

Easy on easy off from the freeway, or toll hiway.

Pros: Location, reasonable prices.
Good location, restaurants near by, reasonable rates. Staff are friendly, and helpful. You are able to park right outside your room door, with another door to the interior hallway.

Great Motel Value

Pros: Price and cleanliness
Cons: Some of the front desk employees seem to not know exactly what they are doing but caused no issues really.
Location: I go for business reasons so no comment about the area.
I stay at this motel a few times a month for business purposes. Great value and would recommend to anyone staying a few nights that does not need a 5 star motel.

Nice motel

Very well laid out. Single story motel. You can park your car next to your door. Has interior hallway to lobby and interior courtyard. Courtyard has a nice pool and is very private. Rooms are being renovated. Exterior has new paint and is a good color scheme. Not a fancy hotel but a nice motel. Staff was very helpful. Will stay here when we visit Austin.

Beds had dirt in them. Our dates didn’t not approve, I was not bothered at all and would stay there again. I’m not tough to please.

Old But Quite Adequate

Pros: See above.
Cons: The continental breakfast was VERY limited. I skipped it.
The young woman at the front desk was quite friendly and cordial. She was quick to fix a problem with the TV remote. The room was spare and the furniture was old. But it was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The pool looked to be good-sized for a small motel. The TV was a flat-screen with many channels, including premium ones. It was quiet the evening I spent there.

DON'T EVER STAY HERE!

What a disgusting room! After walking in and seeing the conditions of the room, we turned around and walked out. I could NOT sleep in that room. I couldn't even believe such a filthy, nasty and disgusting place would still exist.

As advertised

Not a fancy place, but had all the features advertised. Cereal, mini-muffins and coffee/tea for breakfast served in a bright, clean area. If you want fancy, you will have to pay more $$.

Large & quiet room!
