This hotel was rather disappointing, we knew they were doing construction upon arrival, but the dust was absolutely terrible, when he stepped on the elevator, it was everywhere, and all it needed was just to be wiped and cleaned up, do better.
friendly accommodating staff but limited food hours, breakfast was $10 for dry scrambled eggs, no room service (was advertised as offering room service), room was not cleaned, had to request clean linens and towels for the stay. pool clean, spa nice.
We had a last minute change due to a not so pleasant hotel previously booked. We were able to book a room, drive another hour and were so happy with the hotel. We were close to restaurants, (walking distance) and near attractions. Would recommend this place to everyone.
May have been Expedia 's fault, but when I booked 3 rooms they put each one under a different name so was told I only had one room. This was already late and we had 4 young children with us to make matters worse. After about 30-45 minutes, we finally figured out the problem and got 3 rooms all on different floors. Then around 2:30 a horrible noise woke me up and continued for about 2 hours. After about 30 minutes, I got dressed and went to see where noise was coming from. It was something going on in the mechanical room. I went to front desk and told lady to which she responded, "Oh is that happening again?". She was only person there and couldn't do anything about it. It also woke up my granddaughter, which meant I only got a couple of hours of sleep that night. Never staying at Hilton Gardens again! So frustrating!

The room we stayed in wasn't the cleanest - the bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned/restocked between whoever stayed before us and our arrival. Also, twice in the middle of the night, the fire alarm was triggered. There was a church youth group staying there and I suspect someone was playing a prank, but it was incredibly annoying. There was no direction from the staff on where to go or what to do, so half the hotel evacuated and the rest were in their rooms staring down at the parking lot. We got our stuff and left after the second one. I wouldn't stay here again.
Clean and comfortable no frills hotel in Georgetown. Code to Toyota for my business needs and meant I didn’t have to mess with driving in to Lexington. It badly needs an update, but it is clean and everyone working there are very nice and provide good service.

Lobby was very nice and front desk staff was friendly. Room was nicely decorated but had musty odor on entering that we thought was from A/C. We later discovered evidence of older leak around sprinkler on wall backing up to bathroom, wet spot on floor between that wall and bed, and leak around base of bathroom sink faucet that got everything sitting on counter on that side wet overnight. Breakfast buffet not included and not worth $10 per person - poor selection, lukewarm coffee, overflowing trash can by coffee table, and attendant that looked more like a guest than anyone involved in food service. Disappointing stay at usually reliable Hilton Garden.
This was a great hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and the beds very comfy. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The location was very nice as well. It was easy on and off the highways and there were tons of restaurants very nearby. We would definitely stay here again.
Room was very clean, staff was nice & helpful. Only issue was website said room would have a Keurig but it didn’t. Has a small regular coffee maker. We just used the one in our friends room. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. Will definitely stay there again.
We had to pay $10 for a buffet breakfast. Every hotel we stay at always has a free breakfast.
The room was very small and the furniture was dirty, the chair had stains on it. I didn't want to even put my luggage on it. The decorating was outdated. I was very disappointed. However, the staff was very pleasant.

Seemed like a high rate not to get daily housekeeping automatically.
There was something sticky on the wooden headboard and French fry on the floor, so the housekeeping is questionable.
The guy at the morning desk was gruff.
We stopped there on our way to the Ark Encounter, it was a great stay. Clean rooms, great breakfast and the kids really enjoyed to pool. We loved there was a steak house across the parking lot.
Booked a stay here because it was only a few miles from house and my children wanted to swim and stay in a hotel “like on vacation” After checking in we were told they had no vending machines but we could purchase snacks at desk but “good luck because we have nothing and we are out of everything”
We were woken up at 10-1045pm to 4 men beside us (room 406, we were 408) blasting music, slamming doors going in and out of room up and down the hall from bar area. Tried calling lobby but desk didn’t answer. My 4 and 3 year old were then woken up at 12, 1230, 1 , 130am to when I finally went down to lobby with no shoes on to get the desk to get them to stop and stated that if it continues we would pack up at 1 am and just go home since we lived two miles away and were not getting a quiet fun experience like we thought.. she walked with me and could hear the music blaring.. it continued after desk asked them to stop. Continued until about 215-230. We left the hotel with zero sleep and us 4 were actually even more tired than before we got to the hotel for our “relaxing” stay. We bring a box fan and even over the loud fan on highest level it woke me and the children up so you can only imagine how loud they were. When checking out the next morning we were not asked “how was your stay” or when thanked for coming. And when I addressed what happened and that I had to get the lobby staff unclimbed after multiple attempts to call lobby and no one answering he said nothing but “oh”
