Affordable 4 stars hotel

Pros: Nice hotel with shopping complex next to it.Food court is also near by and walking distant to Burmah Road with many durian stalls.
Cons: No staff was on duty at the gymnasium and swimming pool.
Location: Location is a bit far from Komtar(15minutes) walk.Need a massage ? Just go to the first floor.
Shop daily goods by walking to Giant Supermarket which is only next to it.Having lunch at the food court next to it too.Food is delicious and price is cheap.

Hotel cleanliness & location

Greeted by 2 roaches at coffee pantry. Bathroom ~ if using tub, better scrub 1st, Wash basin dirty. Location~abt 15 to 20 min to main attractions.

Location: Kentucky (KFC) across the street.Gurney a short walk away
Hotel needs to refurbish as many items are old. Toilet bowl design for children Non Working fridge with lights deceiving, and spoil my cake Location Ok but not ideal Can skip Breakfast, seen better at 3 star hotel in Penang

Hotel very out dated, bathroom very mouldy. Staff very friendly and tried to be helpful. But overall not a decent hotel.

Cons: Some renovations would help and train staff to be more helpful THE on exception were the ladies on front desk they were very friendly and efficient
Location: Not much around hotel need taxi
Nothing great about this older hotel but nothing real bad either

A satisfying holiday

A great short stay despite the poor weather conditions. Delighted with the spontaneous response of the staff in solving the room's shower problem and the assistance of the reception staff, especially Ms Warni.The hotel has close proximity to all the tourist attractions and good food. Look forward to come again soon.

Cockroaches amount the breakfast food tables.

I only stay for two nights. On checking, I was meet by a man with no manners, he had a bad habit of snorting and dragging flew back in his throat. This made me feel sick, hearing and seeing him doing it. Then, I had an unexpected 36 myr fee tax for tourists staying at hotels slapped on me. The hotel room was very small, and was no way a 4 star. Although, the tv channels was go and had BBC news. Hotel looks posh outside, but not inside. I was shocked to be offered by the Concierge, massage services with se@ual services in the room at a price. The breakfast table area's was walking with cockroaches and going on the food. The Waiters just star around, and don't take care of the guests. You decide if you want stay here now. Overpriced and overrated !
