no hot water bathroom smelled forgot jacket & sweater in closet still haven't got a call to tell me they r sending it or asking me what to do with them very unfriendly no one said hi or the gals in the casino didn't thank me for the tip not good

Terrible advertising about offers am going to disp

Terrible am in the process of disputing charges. This place was overcharging couldn't get guest services to bring towels. It was a terrible experience. I would never use The Isle or Expedia again. I will not pay for these kind of services not now not ever.

Great Stay!

Pros: Good location and nice atmosphere
Room was nice and large due to being a suite. The whirlpool tub was great and relaxing. As with some of the other reviews the AC didn't blow cold, maybe due to not ever needing it there. We did just open our french doors at night and let the cold mountain air in, just as good as the AC would of been. We ate at the steakhouse resturant and it was very good but also pricey. You also get alot of food of the price, be prepared to eat alot. Recommend you pay extra for the suite it will be worth it if you are planning on relaxing.

Nice hotel on the south end of Black Hawk

Pros: Price was fine.
Cons: See above.
Location: Tram service was ok around Black Hawk & Central City.
The restaurant is too pricy but the buffet was great. The Deli needs to be kept cleaner. Slots were fun but sure need to be educated on how the new games should be played.

Nice place, walking distance to town.

Room could have been a little cleaner, but not bad. Bed could be upgraded too. The buffet was good. Solid place to stay, good price.

Great motel walking distance to all the casinos

For the most part the stay was fun staff was helpful. The only problems was not being able to regulate the tempature of the room. To us it was warm. Then the doors to the rooms does not have a soft close. They sound like they slam.

Need better air units

Only bad thing was the air unit in the room didn't work to well & I get really hot when I sleep so need the room really cold

Disappointed ok not worth the money we paid for

Not the best for the price! Bathrooms old .. toilets wouldn't flush..no ac or air in room fan did not work..the room view was the parking lot..disappoint for the price...I'll be back to Blackhawk great time !!!

Nice hotel second only to the Ameristar in same town. It is, however, the only one I've found with a suite that comes with a jet tub in main room right next to the bed which is just cool as hell. It's clean but does always smell like fish a little bit in the elevator area probably from all the seafood served at the buffet. You can decide if this is a mark against cleanliness or a point toward ambiance since it is called "The Isle" lol.
