This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It did not even have a inn quality. I must first state the staff was excellent very nice and accommodating. My family and I traveled to South Carolina for a funeral of an extremely close family member. We were first disappointed with the room as a whole, because the floors were dirty, very sticky, the refrigerator did not work, and neither did the guide on the TV. I paid $441 for a disgusting piece of shithold. The furniture was from the salvation army with the chest missing a draw. The children socks that was white when they put them on was black when they took them off and we had to toss them in the garbage. The room door did not have an adequate safety lock on it. The shower squeal when the shower was turned on. My brother fell in the shower while showing because the tub was too slippery so we had to put a towel in the shower to keep from sliding down. Speaking of towels, they didn't have them available. And, when I requested them for the next day, I never got them and the garbage was never picked up; my daughter had to take the garbage outside to place it in the outdoor garbage bin. The bed covering was pathetic, comfort was a curtain. Comforters don't have hems in them and the comforter was so thin that you could see through it. The same for the sheets. I'm sure they purchased the sheets and the curtain for a comforter from the $ general. I have pictures and I will use them. I would like my money back.
