Rosewood Hotel

Pros: Location & service
The hotel was very well kept & the staff welcoming. The hotel was in a good location for sightseeing & felt safe. The Apple cocktails were wonderful & with a donation to charity almost guilt free. My only slight complaint was that vegetarian food was very limited.

Good location

I was expecting a nicer hotel, the room was not ready at 4:30 pm. The restaurant for breakfast was very disappointing and the service really slow. The staff at the reception very friendly and helpful

Check in was normal. We had heavy rain, yet no umbrellas could be found, not in our room or the concierge, or the door man. We had to buy umbrellas. At 3:30 housekeeping was vacuuming outside my room. I am happy to be home so I can sleep. The front desk staff looked at me like I had 3 heads when asked if I could send a fax, and was puzzled that the vacuuming was a problem. I returned at 12:10 to check out and had already been locked out of the elevator and room, no call or text.

Nice hotel in central Georgetown

All was good except for the gym facilities. Very small exercise room with No air conditioning. They have a relationship with a nearby health facility but we prefer an in-hotel workout room.

Awesome Place

Great hotel. Keys were a little unreliable and slow. But Everything else was very good. I don't recommend. The heated pool on the roof is incredible, the staff are awesome! A great get away.

beautiful hotel in great location

Pros: location, staff, food
Cons: fee for a rollaway bed and its poor condition
Location: plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance; lots of shops nearby; surrounded by beautiful historic homes; quiet and away from city noise
Staff is wonderful; location is fantastic, right in the heart of Georgetown; room is spacious and beautiful! I only have 2 gripes about my recent stay: 1- I requested a rollaway bed in my room and was charged $50 per night for it, and 2- the rollaway bed was INCREDIBLY uncomfortable! I could feel every spring in its mattress. Other than that, the hotel is great and I would certainly stay there again!
