“Front desk staff are amazing! That being said, this property should not be opened during this time! During my entire stay from 6/22/26-6-30/26, the hotel had major renovations happening. I’m talking hammer drilling from 8 am to 6 pm, that is heard all throughout the building and in my room. I tried speaking to management but they kept ignoring me. This is not how a business is run! You Guys need to close 592 until this work is finished! You can not have guests staying there while you do this……
