No pool. Shut down for maintenance. Charged me an extra ten dollars a day for parking. Which i assumed that was included in the price of the one night stay. Very disappointed. Should of called beforehand. Would of chosen elsewhere. Very overpriced for our 7 hour stay.

Our property charges for parking when your vehicle is parked here per day when you fly out at the airport and at a cheaper fee than the airport for your convenience. Thank you for your feedback as we always are looking to improve for your next stay.

The desk clerk Mark was totally fabulous! However, it seems there's not enough cleaning staff. The room was cleaned only once during a six night stay, even after repeated requests

we had night shades that were in poor conditions, our safe did not work as it had lo battery. We had to have our room rekeyed 3 times. One time another guest opened and entered our room with their room key. One of our days the trash was not taken out and no clean towels were provided, so that day there was no room service. Kind of Poor service I would say.

Right next door to Meijer. Might have to wait a while for a shuttle at night - like an hour. Unclear why, I had to call back several times. Staff was otherwise very nice. Smoking in or around the building was apparent in the am. Torn curtains in room. Very clean and tidy room. Overall not bad at all for the price. Breakfast and morning shuttle were good.

Nice but stay away from main entrance.
It was nice . Only issue it was a little to close to the main entrance so a little noisy.

The staff and service were great. The person at the desk gave us an upgrade because they weren’t very busy, our grandkids were allowed to come to the pool, nice room. Would recommend it to others!

Nasty and gross
Room was disgusting and nasty dirty everything was covered in a bunch of dust coffee pot still had coffee in it and all over it along with dirt an hair food an coffee on tables floor was gross an dirty the bed was hard as a rock with crappy pillows very unsanitary especially for people with health conditions my sons lungs couldn’t handle the dust and had to use you more oxygen to be able to breathe was just uncalled for

Excellent staff. The room was clean and fresh, with comfortable beds and a nice shower. The carpet was being replaced in the hallway outside our room so there was a little noise and you had to be mindful of where you stepped getting on the elevator etc but overall it was a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay. Good service, friendly staff. Renovations were going on which was the reason for any 4s. But it was not noisy or disturbing. Beautiful Christmas display. Price very good.

Property was under construction. Did not inform me of this as I was down there on business which involved me working night shifts and I got no sleep due to this. They were award of this as I did put this down on my accommodation part of the booking. They also didn’t try to make this right nor give me my money back to go to a different hotel.

Front desk clerk was very kind and friendly at check in. Room was clean and ready. But there were groups staying there that were so loud for hours late into the night…the whole place shook with them walking loudly in the halls, up and down the stairs, and the cheap thin walls made it impossible to sleep. Staff weren’t able to control it. Won’t stay here again.

Excellent quality for the price
Excellent quality for the price. From the airport shuttle to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms I have no complaints. Breakfast was even good and pillows were very comfortable

Hotel is very date. Room across from ours has construction going on and it was loud until 630 pm. Staff was slow at front desk as they were learning a new computer system. Shuttle to airport is great and the man working early morning was super friendly. Coffee in morning was really good.
