Quick visit to Beer City

Hotel is close to the airport. Shirt drive to downtown and multiple breweries and bars which I enjoyed that evening. Make sure to hit Founders Brewery as the top one.

A very nice hotel close to Panera and the hotel itself was clean and smells nice. Definitely coming back to this hotel next time back in Grand Rapids. We forgot our toothpaste and they were very generous on the amount of toothpaste we were given. And if you forgot anything they can supply it to you at the hotel how cool is that.

Hotel close to Dave & Busters, Outback Steakhouse

Pros: Hotel lounge and friendly staff
Cons: Beds were fine, but have had more comfortable. Also make sure the heat is on. That would be nice.
Location: Food, shopping, Dave and Busters across the street. Quiet area of town with little road noise.
Came down for New Years weekend. Check in was quick. When we got to the room, the heat was off and the temperature was 52. To be fair they switched our reservation from a handicap accessible to a regular room, as we didn't need the amenities. We decided to hit the hotel lobby bar for drinks and a bite to eat, while the room warmed up. The bartender, Frank, was superb. The food was OK, typical bar menu, nothing special. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Upon return we went to bed, it only hit 60. In the morning I found the windows looked closed but were actually up just a little and not locked. Once closed it creeper to 64, but then leveled off. Now keep in mind the temps were at or below zero outside. The front desk sent up maintenance, but he couldn't determine the problem. He offered to get the manager to switch our room, but we were heading out again and didn't want to pack and move. On my way out I bought a space heater for the bathroom, as it was freezing cold with no heat source than airflow draw. I plugged that in for the night and the room warmed to 72, finally. It took over a day to do so, so if you find yourself in this same situation, be warned. The room had a single serve Kurig and a mini-fridge. Overall we were happy, but just a bit chilly. It was super close to Dave & Busters. The mall is walking distance, on a nice day. We are thinking we may return, but will make sure to check the heat situation before unpacking.

Comfy room but really small pool

Room was nice and clean and extra chairs for everyone. We stayed for nye so kids could swim and we could use hot tub but there was no hot tub and pool was super small. Rooms were nice and bed was comfy. We had a nice family time here and staff was nice.

Saving grace when flight canceled

This is a great place close to the airport, with awesome staff and good food. They have a full service bar and restaurant that stays open until 11:00.

Wonderful experience

Friendly staff who were very accommodating and thoughtful. Clean room with very comfortable bed. Quiet and peaceful area. Never heard planes overhead which was huge since it is an airport hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean and efficient

The hotel was clean and the front lobby staff was very nice. The bar had lots of food for happy hour.
