“There were broken glasses all over the sofa which was probably left by previous customers. Also, the floor & sofa were so dirty. However, Staff there was very helpful. They tried to assist whatever we need & there was free drink vouchers provided at bar”

“The apartment is very big. But the lighting in the loft got lots of bugs and they are flying around at the evening. The door lock of the toilet at downstair is not fixed.”

I enjoyed learning about the building and the incredible man who had foresight to come to Australia and create many special houses. Whilst staying at the Hermitage we dined at The Emerald restaurant just across the road. If you get a chance go and enjoy their delicious menu.”

“We (a couple) stayed one night at the Shoreline Lodge, and while it was clean, I have to say that other aspects weren't so impressive. We arrived admittedly late (10pm) and found that the car park was full. I called the after-hours manager/reception twice and received no response, leaving us to park on the street and risk fines. You share a common (gender-segregated) bathroom with the whole floor and it can be a decent walk from your room. The fact of having a common bathroom isn't made……
