noisy banging doors

Cons: slowing down door closing so they do not slam
the doors do not shut quietly. We were disturbed many times during the night by other guests of the hotel being up late and walking along the corridors, opening their doors to their bedrooms and then letting them go whereupon they banged closed very loudly. Also the floors creaked loudly when people outside the room walked past.

We stayed here for a visit to the Harry Potter studio tour. Helpful staff, comfy bed, plenty of room for family of 5 and beds all set up ready (didn't have to ask again for travel cot on arrival as often happens), super breakfast. Would recommend.

Great place to stay in a very nice location.

Great refurbished rooms and free wifi that is fast enough to get work done and use your company portals. Breakfast is very good quality as is the selection of bar meals at lunchtime and in the evening. An entre can be had for 14GBP which is great value for this close to London. There is a full service restaurant for those wishing to dine a la cart but I enjoy the bar meals. The poached salmon with hollandaise sauce and green beans is a favourite. Very nice bedrooms with a lovely walk in shower make this one of my favourite places to conduct business.

GREAT LOCATION OFFERING GOOD BASIC FACILITIES

Pros: Location and car parking facilities
Cons: Self service breakfast
Location: Vicinity to Gerrards Cross and the mainline train service into Marylebone
Check-in was swift and reception staff were very good, allocated room 107 which was at least at 10 minute walk away and difficult to find. Room although basic was very clean and of sufficient size for a short break. New bar area very smart and great decor Only big let down was the breakfast experience, food was cold and uneatable on the second morning Would stay here again mainly due to the location

Stayed 3 nights. Bed very comfy. Bath nice - looks to have been fairly recently updated. Very clean room. Pleasant staff. Full breakfast - quite good. Tasty lunch & dinner offerings at reasonable prices, large portions

The overall hotel stay was ok but the rooms were very warm and without an AC it becomes very uncomfortable

Excellent Hotel close to Wembley Stadium

Pros: Everything !!
Cons: Advertise that food is served all day.
Location: Close to Wembley Stadium and easy to get to central London on the train in about 20 minutes.
Could not fault any aspect of our visit, large spacious rooms with tasteful décor throughout the hotel the Staff were friendly, professional, smart and efficient. Our family had 3 rooms and all agree with my comments we will always try to stay at this hotel in the future when we visit this area for concerts, sporting event etc.

Large, busy hotel

Large, busy, noisy hotel that seems to be a lively choice for weddings. At least two receptions being held when we stayed. Most staff polite & helpful. Room fairly clean, but bathroom lacking attention to detail. Food fair but not special. Quite expensive for what it was. Sort of place where they require a credit card to be 'swiped' or a cash deposit to be lodged 'for the room'. Not recommended as it didn't match the internet description & we were looking for something different. I think if we were with a wedding party we may have liked it better.

Our hotel was particularly busy over the Bank Holiday weekend with the events taking place. Most hotel would ask for a card pre-authorization when checking in. This will enable guests to charge food and beverage items to their room which can be settled on departure. I do hope you will join us again in the future and that you will have a better experience.
