“Our experience with the property manager and the unit itself was nothing short of brilliant and comfortable . The surrounding areas felt untidy and although new they did not look clean and inviting . We found Shell Harbour itself much better with restaurants and beaches etc ”

“The room was cozy and clean and in a quiet location close to the town and beach. Perfect for an overnight stay.”

“Clean and convenient location but whatever you do, DO NOT have a shower when the washing machine is on. I had my 2 year old son with me and the water was scalding hot so luckily he wasn’t in the shower when the water temperature changed. ”

The management company not so great, all their communications were general and not necessarily appropriate eg threatening fines (a common thread) if I didn't clean the BBQ- there wasn't one; offering early check in but not being able to contact anyone; warning me of snakes, rodents etc. ,in a 3rd floor apartment!”

“Shampoo container in shower was empty, we didn't see any soap, a kitchenette would have been nice, place was clean, bed was comfortable, air con was easy to operate.Front door rattled a bit in the strong wind.Location was good, area was quiet.We did not know there was a pool there, and we had no communication with host.Overall, we were happy with our stay.”
