"Loved my stay at this hotel - it's really beautifully decorated and stylish. The staff have also been trained extremely well - they are kind, courteous and helpful. One slight negative - I booked this partly because it showed Le Labo products in the photos as the toiletries (I love their products) but was disappointed that they instead have a different, cheap brand - would recommend taking those photos out as it's false advertising. It didn't matter in the grand scheme of things as the hotel was great. Wish I could have stayed longer! "

"We very much enjoyed this hotel. Best quality/price in Cartagena. Very well located in Getsemani but 5 min wal to Centro Historico. Great patio. Friendly staff. Very nice decor and design. We had a suite on the second floor. I highly recommand. "
