Convenient and nice hotel close to Route 81!Posted Oct 27, 2015
Pros: Very convenient to Route 81 and all of the Chambersburg area.
Cons: Parking right near your room may be a bit tough, since there is a Ruby Tuesday right next door. There is always a place to park, though.
This is the second time we stayed here, and it once again perfectly met our needs for a weekend away visiting family. The beds are very comfortable, there is a nice indoor pool on site, and the hot breakfast is very good.

Hotel was horriblePosted Oct 19, 2015
Location: Chambersburg PA
Hotel smelled of horrible mildew and found roaches in the room. Plus it's a very old hotel that has never been upgraded.

No comforters for beds!Posted Oct 17, 2015
The indoor pool was nice and the morning breakfast was really good. My complaint was that my room had just a sheet and blanket on the beds and no comforter. I requested a comforter and the staff that night told me that not all the rooms had comforters because they were renovating. I asked if I could get one and they replied they did not have any but they could get me another blanket. I paid for my room the same as other people who got comforters in their room and it's ridiculous that the room I got didn't!

Less perks than Four PointsPosted Oct 1, 2015
Pros: Staff and continental breakfast
Cons: re-instate the perks offered by Four Points
Location: Great location. Walking distance to eateries. Next door to Ruby Tuesday
the hotel has cut back some perks which were offered by the previous owner. No more water bottle in the room, no computer in the lobby and no morning USA today in the morning.

Do not stay herePosted Sep 1, 2015 on Hotels
The room was very dirty , you had hair in the bed and also in the tub, dry blood on the bath room wall behind the toilet. And the bedroom was so hot it took over a hour to cool it down. We went down for free breakfast on Sunday at 8:10 and there was two donuts left and it was free from 7am - 10am. I would not refer this hotel to anyone. We will never stay here again!

Clean and quietPosted Jul 29, 2015 on Hotels
Just a one night stopover on a long trip. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Mattress was a little too firm for me but other than that a pleasant stop

Fading lady.Posted Jul 20, 2015 on Hotels
I had the opportunity to stay here twice in the past week as part of a road trip. Both times the beds were comfortable and clean and the pillows were soft and sleep-inducing. This hotel seems to be an old lady trying to maintain some semblance of dignity as she ages. My first bathroom was well cleaned, my second bathroom was disgusting. Shower/bath hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. There was pink slimy stuff (you know that stuff one step away from mold) around the faucets, drain and soap dish, and hair from the previous tenant in the tub. Yuck. That's a reflection on the training of the cleaning staff. The front desk staff was pleasant enough, though they seemed a slight bit inexperienced. It is my understanding that the TVs will all be switched out for flat screen TVs this month (July '15). It was a pleasure to have a small outdoor balcony to sit on, but don't expect great WiFi out there. The breakfast was adequate, with rye bread, which I appreciated. The rest is your standard breakfast buffet fare. All in all, a good stay for the price. It could sure use a million dollar upgrade, though.
