Just wanted coffee after my 12 hr night Was done at 740am I did get some later before leaving at 845 but? Snd breakfast? Not really My bed wasn’t good not comfy My shower didn’t drain well… It’s ok but it’s dated …like old w a fresh paint job Wasn’t great wasn’t horrible 3/5 Staff was great No objective issues just? Beautiful place! The staff has been nice. The only thing was that I got a room here to use the spa for my back while traveling and got here and it’s out of order. Other than that it’s a great place!

It was decent for the price. Clean are relatively modern. We booked this hotel especially for the hot tub but it was out this weekend and the pool was too cold to get into. While I know there are some circumstances you cannot control, it still sucks we had planned to spend some time in it after a long day. Mattresses were comfortable. Breakfast was ok, room tvs were small and pillows where not good at all., The only common area was small so hanging out there with family really wasn't an option

I feel like the shower curtain could be replaced more frequently. We stayed in room 322 and the shower curtain was torn at the top and it was discolored on the bottom. I feel the pool should be warmer as it was too cold for our grandchildren to get in at all. The hot tub was down for repair which made for some unhappy children that they couldn’t get in the pool or hot tub. We voiced our concern to the front desk about the pool temperature and she said she’s been trying to get them to raise them temperature for some time with no response.

I am so sorry about the situation with the hot tub. It is unfortunate that things have to happen that we have no control over. Getting someone here that knows how to fix it is what we are waiting for. We have posted it on our website that the hot tub is temporarily down.I know how disappointing that is, and I am truly sorry. If there was anything we could do to speed the process up with getting it up and running again, we definitely would. We love when guests are happy with everything we have to offer. Had to ask for daily service (even replacement of towels and emptying garbage). The staff was overworked and almost surly. When I asked for service at 9:15 a.m. I was told that such requests had to be in by 9:00. They complied, but I felt that I was asking for a favor. I will not return to this facility, nor will I use other facilities under this brand.

We apologize we did not meet up to the standards you were expecting of us.We do not set times for when our housekeepers will be at each guests room. That is now how hotel housekeepers work. So, I do not know who you talked to, or maybe you were confused with what they told you, but that never happens. And, as long as you do not have your "Do Not Disturb" sign up on your door, your room will get cleaned every day you are staying at the hotel. You should never have to ask for your room to be cleaned. Our girls have 70 rooms that get cleaned almost daily, so setting specific times for individual guests to have their room cleaned, does not happen.Understanding hotel policies and and the agenda of how housekeepers go about cleaning rooms was your biggest issue while you stayed with us. The person you spoke to about your room getting cleaned, gave you the wrong information with telling you that you had to put your request in by 9:00 a.m.I am going to find out which one of the employees told you this, because this was false information that was given to you. I am truly sorry for the negligence of our staff.Thank you for stopping by and visiting us. It was nice having you here as one of our guests.Hopefully you will find a hotel to where you can make sure you get the correct information on how things operate with them in housekeeping, and have your room cleaned the days you want it cleaned.This will be brought to all of my employees attention and will be handled, so we do not have this type of situation happen again to anyone else in the future.Sincerely,

Our room on the first floor didn’t smell that good, Plus it had carpet, which seemed dirty under our feet. Plus the back door was unlocked, which made me feel not safe at all!

Property was very convenient right off the highway. Breakfast was excellent. There were some children running around above us but they quieted early enough. Would definitely use this chain again.

We planned on having a romantic night away but ended up extremely disappointed. I already had to convince the other half this would be worth the money cuz of the Jacuzzi tub in the room. I ate my words cuz the tub is falling apart, very basic and you do not get the tub and a couch in the room. The pool/"spa" was ok but VERY strong chemical smell. Oh and the breakfast w the special waffle is literally like every other cheap hotel I've been too so don't get excited. Save your $200!

Hello Mr. Singleton.Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experience you had while you stayed with us at your recent visit.We are sorry you came here just for a hot breakfast, and disappointed to see we had a continental breakfast. As I may advise you, we are no longer owned by Radisson as of a few months ago. So with you being top Radisson rewards members, that is completely out of anything to do with all Country Inn & Suites hotels now. There are signs all over the place, along with with Choice reward advertisements all through this hotel, and the other Country Inn & Suites as well.We are still in transition of getting everything in place in our hotel for all the things Choice requires, including breakfast.!!The phone lines are open at every hotel so that you can call all of them to check and see what they are serving for breakfast, if their pool and hot tub are open, what time check in is, etc. Many, many things have changed with businesses since 2020, including hotels. There are hotels that are still not serving breakfast, giving grab -n- go breakfast, handing out a sandwich and coffee, and some that have their full breakfast.I am sorry you were disappointed with what we put out for breakfast. Waffles and apples was not the only thing that we serve every morning. We are a little concerned to you saying that. Our breakfast includes waffles, 4 types of cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, apples, oranges, 3 types of bagels, orange & apple juice, and coffee that starts at 5:30 a.m.I am so sorry for the response you got from the owner, as you stated. A little more debt about what has been going on, and some education on us being bought out by Choice, should have been explained to you. There were no hangers in your room, we got you some a little after you checked in. A long hair in the sink, but never knew about that situation until the next day. We would have given you another room.We are very sorry about your experience, and wish it would have been better for you.Thank you for stopping by to visit us. Walls are extremely thin!
The walls between the rooms are extremely thin. I can hear everything that is going on in the room next to me and mean everything... Was kept up all night because someone in the room next to me had a horrible cough. Could hear conversations. There were maybe ten cars in the whole parking lot on the night I stayed. Hotel staff must have put us all in the same section of the hotel. Anyway, I will not be staying there again because of this.

Hello Jimmy.Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experience for the recent stay you had with us.We understand how frustrating it can be to be able to always hear noise from elsewhere, especially when trying to sleep. Anyone of our staff would have given you a different room so you did not have to sleep uncomfortable. As far as where we put guests in our hotel for which room and floor they will be assigned to, depends on many different things. Here are a few examples:- If they have an animal they are put on the first or second floor.- If they prefer to be on the top level floor they are on the 3rd floor- Maybe the lower level is the best for some of our guests because they cannot get around with walking far or they may have some health issue to where they need to stay on the first floor.- one of our main accessible rooms is on the first floor- Guests who smoke really like to be on the bottom floor or by the end of any hallways since there is a door they can go outside.- etc.We have no control to who you may get put beside, or how the outcome will be. We try to do our best when we assign guests their room. Most of the time we will ask the guest which floor they would like to have their room on. You stated you will not come back here to stay with us because of this situation, which is your choice and I am truly sorry you feel this way. This can happen in any hotel. I would suggest if this ever happens to you again in any other hotel, reach out to the front desk and ask them for a different room. We would have been happy to help you out with providing you a room in a different location so that you could get some peaceful sleep.Thank you for stopping by to visit. I rented the room with the understanding it was pet friendly, but upon arrival was charged a non-refundable 20 dollar pet fee. I don't particularly like undisclosed fees. The rooms had old TV's with very little to choose from channel wise.

Wonderful all the way around!
Very clean & well-kept. Courteous, professional, caring staff. Fridge, microwave & coffee maker in the room was nice. Pool & hot tub were clean & air was fresh, unlike many indoor pool areas. The Pennsylvania-style huge breakfast was a great surprise. I only expected a continental breakfast for the low room price but what numerous & good options! I'll be back!

It was just okay compared to the excellent one we stayed at in Annapolis. Took a long time to check in. Facility was worn and dingy. But the ac and hot water worked. Was quiet for the night. The make your own waffle station was nice but other options were few.

I am so sorry about your lengthly check in, because that is normally something that barely ever happens. I do not know what the issue was when you checked in which made it take so long, but I will definitely be looking into what the problem was. I assure you that we will be working on the this immediately to make sure it never happens to you, or anyone else in the near future.As far as our breakfast. We have been doing the continental style breakfast since the pandemic started. We have not gone back to full breakfast yet, but are in the process of hopefully having that back up soon.We have guests who love what we put out for breakfast, and guests who expect more, and/or the regular/original breakfast, so they do not care for what we put out. We expect this.The best thing about our hotel is the location. We are surrounded by so many restaurants who serve anything you could ever want to eat for breakfast. I highly recommend the restaurant called "Trojan Diner". They have the best homemade platters there. We are truly hoping everything with our breakfast is back up to the original way once we have transferred 100% over to "Choice". We are still transitioning and will not be completed until the end of November.Everyone loves our waffles, so that has been the big hit.Thank you for stopping by to visit us. The room carpet was dirty. The place was just dated. Two of the lights in the room weren't working (burned out bulb?). The sheets were threadbare. There was no breakfast. Not even coffee. It seems to me the room was comparably priced as the newer neighbors. Having seen both, should have been much less.

Did you let the front desk agent know so we could get you 2 new ones. All of our agents are here to help our guests with whatever they may need. We want to make sure our guests are well taken care of and have everything they may need.throughout their entire stay.As far as your comment about you stating we had no breakfast or even coffee, I am very shocked to hear this. Especially when we announce to all of our guests as they check in to what time our continental breakfast and coffee is served in the morning.Our coffee station is right in the lobby by the front desk, along with our dining area. There is no way possible you could miss it, unless the person was blind.I'm not sure if you were even referring to our hotel since with this comment.Thank you for your feed-back with your experience. It helps us to recognize what we did or didn't do, and maybe what we need to fix so no other guest will have to go through the same experience.Thank you for stopping by to visit us. I stayed in 219 king suite with jacuzzi tub. The tub drain is very hard to remove likely use to be spring loaded mechanism. Otherwise was clean other than the floors need updated. Bleach? Spots on carpet. Roku tv with no roku remote. Otherwise good stay.

Asfar as all of our T.V.'s, we have comcast/Xfinity as our cable company, and all of our T.V.'s are run by them, which means the cable companies remote controls all of them.Thank you for mentioning about the drain in the tub running slow. I have never seen a check in fee for registration 30 minutes before 3. Had to sit and wait. I guess that goes with lower grade hotel.

Hello Walt.Thanks for writing a short review about your experience with your check in. We are sorry you do not like the policy of our early check in fee at hotel. This policy has nothing to do with any type of hotel scale. That is a low statement.There are many hotels who have early check in fees, and there are many reasons to why they do. Every hotel has a specific check in time, with ours being at 3:00 p.m.When you book a room, you are entering into a contract to have that room from check in time being at 3pm to checkout time at 12:00 p.m. they day you are leaving. You want to alter that contract that you have to pay an extra small fee.Once all of the rooms are clean, then we may have a room for the guest to check in early, with the fee. If it was free to check into a hotel anytime a guest shows up, there would be no time set for check in time. With our check out time being 12:00 p.m., the housekeepers may not be able to get into a majority of the rooms until 12 or sometimes 1:00 p.m.I know this is frustrating, especially when the guest may have been driving for a long time, and then show up at the hotel an hour or 2 before checking in, to find out there is an early check in fee.Guests tend to not understand that once our housekeepers are done cleaning their rooms, the head housekeeper, manager or owner has to check every one of the rooms that were just cleaned that day to make sure they were cleaned the proper way, and to make sure all the amenities that are to be in the room are there. After the room checking is finished, that person reports all of the rooms that have been properly cleaned and stocked to the front desk, then we have to clean the rooms in the system, so we have rooms in our system to be able to assign the guests to their room.This is the biggest reason there is a check in time set for all hotels.Our early check in fees are-*Any time before 12:00p.m., and if we have the availability, it is 30.*Anytime between 12:00 and 2:30 it is 20Knowing there is a specific check in time, and if you get to your destination earlier than check in time, there is normally things to do, as far as restaurants, shopping places, or maybe some site seeing adventures, which the guest can go check out.I recommend if you think you are going to arrive at the hotel early to make the hotel aware of it, and this way we might be able to get you in by the time you arrive, but it will still be an early check in fee.Many times, when guests arrive here around 12pm to 2pm, they find out about the early check in fee and they go grab something to eat or run to the store to waste some time, then by the time they are done it is check in time.They got to experience some new things and did not have to pay the early check in fee. We have stayed at this property multiple times however this check in wasn't the best we've had. The guy was acting like we were bothering him. He seemed to want to rush us with the check in. I had asked to be on the top floor away from the elevator, he gave us our room number as 315. He handed my husband our keys and as my husband said "thank you"...he says "yep". We get off the elevator and pur room is directly across fro. The elevator beyond exhausted we head into the room...was clean and the upper floor seemed quiet so we just decided to keep the room. There was what looked like dirt on the 1 bed but again we just wanted to lay our heads down after a long day. We did hear a lot of banging which could be jjst the doors from other rooms closing hard, so we just ran the bathroom fan all njght to drown out the hallway noises. The breakfast was nice. However no plates for the waffles which i found after opening different cabinet doors. No one was at the check in desk to assist us. When leaving still sern no one at the desk so we left our keys in a bowl on the desk. We will stay here again as it is convenient on and off the highway with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

I am truly sorry. Melanie.It is very important for our guests to feel welcomed from the time they step in the door, through the whole stay. We are here to help our guests with anything they may need, and to make sure they have an enjoyable stay.I have handled the situation you went through at check in. Nobody deserves to feel like they are a bother to any of our employees at any time of their reservation. We will not tolerate that. We are working on this issue with this individual so that it does not happen to you, or anyone else in the future.You also deserved to have the room where you asked for it to be located in our hotel, and that will also be addressed. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable and safe while they are here. I will look into why nobody was at the front desk those couple times you were there, and check what happened with why there were no plates at the waffle station during breakfast. There is no excuse for that. When the agents set up the dining room for breakfast on 3rd shift, there is no reason, nor no excuse, to why they should not be putting enough plates out. We have an abundance of them.I am truly sorry for the way this last stay with us was for you. I am so glad you have decided to continue to come back and stay with us when you are in our area. Please call into the hotel directly the next time you want to book a room and I will personally take care of you with making your reservation and assigning you a comfortable room in the location you would like to be in.Thank you once again for coming back to visit us.
